I have been to this establishment many times in the past and have never had a terrible experience until today. My family of four came in and we ordered our drinks. Our waitress didn't seem like she cared to be there. After getting irritated that we asked if they had Coke or Pepsi products, she then brought a large drink in an adult cup to my three year old. After asking her if we could have a cup with a lid, things only got worse. Our food was ordered and we waited for what seemed like ages in a dining room with only two other families dinning. We ordered sesame chicken and two combinations of chicken lo mein. The sesame chicken was cold as if it had just been taken from the fridge, plated and some seeds thrown on top. The chicken lo mein was like it was used from left overs and popped into the microwave and ready for serving. Our waitress played the best game of Houdini while we were there to the entire dining room of only two families. All parties were clueless to where she was and getting very agitated that we could not get her help. While in the meantime another waitress was running around dancing, laughing and making nonsense jokes about billions of dollars. I guess the joke was on us paying customers. Needless to say I'm sure Wongs got many bad complaints today as it deserved. As long as the staff here serves left over fridge food, remains to be unseen and plays class clown I will not spend any more time or money here and I would suggest you...

Went here as a church group 32-35~ people, had reservations in advance booked the AYCE buffet style thing which was 14$ per person. Anisha was very very rude we only received 8 wings for 18 ppl at one table 1 order of cheese wontons which wasn't enough for everyone, 6 egg rolls again not enough for everyone. The far end of the table never received wings, cheese wontons, or egg rolls when this was brought up with management Anisha said 'Sir I DID bring wings to them', so I and my church group were called liars basically I said those wings must've been real good for them to even eat the bones. We will not be coming back here again and I won't even come here by myself. Being skimpy on the food and then having an attitude about it, and basically calling a CHURCH group liars. Yikes.

I added up all the food we received and 32 ppl times 14$ a piece is 450~ the food we received was barely 200$ if we ordered off the menu instead.

4 x mains (2 per 18 ppl) Fried Rice, Sweet n sour chicken, sesame chicken, and vegetables 1x (8 wings) 1x Fried Cheese wontons (8~) 1x Egg rolls (6 rolls)

When they tried to make things right Anisha had a very obvious annoyed look on her face and she had her arms folded and a poor attitude.

TL:DR Barely enough food to make 1 plate per person at 14$ per person. You're better off going to New Beijing,...

Well let's start with positive things first The waitress was fairly decent and my wife food was hot, now that's where the niceness ends.

I asked for onions and green peppers sauteed and I got them maybe warmed if best. When I sent them back to get sauteed then they put it in a sauce and it was barely warm at best.

On top of that my general so spicy chicken was cold by temperature not by spice and when I asked him to fix it they threw it in the microwave which I could have done from Walmart and part of it was hot and part of it was cold. So to the owners I'm disappointing the fact that you did not come and at least apologize for your staffs horrible behavior when it came to making a representation of you. But it sounds like because you don't even want to come out and apologize to your customers for their subpar work ethic that they probably got it from you. We will not be coming back ever again to your establishment. This is the last $30 you will see from us.

And the icing on the cake when I use the bathroom it...

Today, I witnessed going back to the early 1900s. The dining area had one table of two seated. They were African American. An African American waitress was there server. The white waitress got the next three tables, all white people. Then, an African American lady came in, and the African American waitress got to serve her. Then a white couple came in, and the white waitress took them. I am thought some lady named Rosa Parks corrected this issue years ago. I asked if they tip shared and was told no. They each keep their own. This place needs someone like Oprah or Steve Harvey to come in and bless the African American waitress. Or a whole AfricanAmericanchurch group come in and only allow the African American waitress to serve6 them, not that the food is that good. The seafood dishes state lobster is in the per the menu. I asked the server whether they used lobster or imitation. She didn't know and asked the owner. He stated that they never have lobster. One wonders why this is on the menu then.

I have been going to this restaurant ever since I could remember. When Mr Wong died it went a little down hill but it is getting back up to its peak. The restaurant has the best Chinese I have ever had. Ever since I was a little girl it was my favorite and I would bug my parents and grandparents to take me as I grew up in waycross/blackshear. Today I went and it was wonderful. The workers were a little slow but I have noticed the owner helping everyone at every time and getting and helping with everything he possibly could. Doing his best to make everyone happy. The present owner of this restaurant is doing a wonderful and outstanding job. I regret not telling him that myself and I hope he reads this review. This restaurant has my heart and I will pray for the owner of this restaurant. It was beyond lovely. Next time I come here the owner will be blessed. 🙏
