Five Below — Local services in Wayne Township

Rude staff treated another customer quite poorly! Young single mom was dealing with family issues asked her 11 year old daughter to keep her 3 year old with her while she tried to look for some Easter items without them knowing! Unfortunately the older child apparently was not doing to good at it and the mom was unaware of it! The staff yelled at her in front of other customers putting her down even though the young girl tried to tell the staff she was supposed to be watching him! Had the young mom in tears and told her to leave! I’ve never been in such a cruel and unprofessional place! I pray that young mom was able to have a better day!! I won’t return to such a place! No compassion or consideration for what may be going on in someone else’s life!...

Go here often but yesterday was different. Lady working asked if my biracial son said “help” , mind you my son cannot speak. And my boyfriend was holding him , Most the kid can say is “yeah yeah” both my partner and I are white and we were browsing for toys . 2nd - the man at the register decided it was best to take cards and do it himself , when I gave him my card he tried to tap, and insert I told him you’d have to swipe it . Today, unfortunately, I had an embarrassing situation with one of the employees, because the stupid machine did not give me my change and when it was time to cancel the transaction, it did not give me the amount of money that I was initially given.
