There are many reasons that I am giving this particular Dunkin a negative review, and they are specific to my visit this morning: There was a customer-facing TV blaring music loudly, featuring rap music with very scantily clad women, depicting them disrespectfully. A Dunkin should be family-friendly and not be inappropriate! One of the young male staff members yelled out "Jesus Christ" as a curse word. As a Christian and as someone who cares about making others more comfortable, I am deeply offended by this. I don't want to give business to a place that demeans my religious beliefs. One of the staff members took her break in the customer area (fine, I have no problem with that) but then she used her speakerphone loudly making me uncomfortable to sit and eat nearby. It's bad enough if fellow customers are rude and make loud noise near me, but not the staff please! It was late Sunday morning and extremely busy and staff couldn't keep up with customers. I ordered online a few minutes before I arrived, and I waited at least 10 more minutes for two hot food items. After a 10+ minute wait I inquired and waited a few more minutes. The middle aged male staff member making the hot food was working extremely hard, but the system prioritized more recently arriving customers than myself. On top of that, the app didn't allow me to use an offer and a deal in the same transaction, so I didn't get a good value for my meal either. I will not visit this Dunkin...
Read moreI always have problems here. I honestly feel bad for the manager who has to work with them. I don't come in and order anymore because they never Knowledge a person at the counter for so long cause they are either on there phones or have earbuds on. I always order ahead while I'm on my way to work and still manage to be late because they have yet prepared my drinks or even food. The day I order 10-15 minutes ahead I happen to end up running a few minutes late because the guy that was making my drink after 10- 15 mins was on his phone while my cup sat there. They never read the stickers with the orders. I had order multiple times cold foam and they never gave it to me or even bacon on my toast. I had one lady told me that I didn't order a pumpkin donut when clearly I had the receipt of it. I have at least three different drinks that I order all the time. Each time I receive the drink it will taste different from the last one. I also only order toast with bacon too. I either received it with no bacon or the bread not toasted and the avocado spread is messy. This store has to be one of the worse ones yet. If you happen to order from here on mobile or even in store prepare to wait even longer or even have your order...
Read moreToday I went into this dunkin becauss the drive thru was slammed and I ordered my stuff and waited...this one female worker with a leopard mask (hope this helps management acknowledge her) was legitimately running back and forth between taking drive thru orders, front end orders and making coffee with 2 other team members preparing food and drinks plus another team member working the drive thru cashier. She was running like crazy, she apologized for the wait on my items they forgot and I told her, "dont worry, you're doing great". Of course I saw the red ticket times on the drive through and the line of people backing up inside. I was the general manager of a very busy restaurant and it made me think about all of the times myself and my team raced against the rush and pushed through the chaos. I felt bad for her, but I hope at the end of the day she's proud of how hard she worked and knows she's the reason at the end of the day they succeeded through it all.. I hope the company knows her worth. She needed another staff member or 2 to back her up in the front. Please understand this is a praise to her.
