Starbucks — Restaurant in Wayne

I have never left a bad review before but I’m so disappointed in my recent experience here. I’ve been to this location a few times and they always make my pink drink good. However, today I ordered some pink drinks and after I paid, the barista, Jason, gave me the drinks and they were completely white. All 4 cups had 95% coconut milk and barely any strawberry açaí. I kindly asked for him to add more açaí and he was being so rude and refused to fix my drinks. I did not pay $25 for COCONUT MILK. So then I told him I wanted a refund and he refused to take the drinks back and refund me my money. Then I asked him to just give me a cup of açaí so I could fix it myself and not have to hold up the line and he said he would have to charge me for it. Are you kidding me? Why would he charge me for HIS mistake in making the drinks TERRIBLE. I was so upset and his only offer was to give me a GRANDE cup of strawberry açaí for FOUR TRENTA cups. I took the cup he offered and parked in the parking lot. Then I went back in the drive thru and decided to order a venti cup of strawberry açaí since the cup he gave me wouldn’t be able to fix my drinks. I paid another $5 for the cup and then I realized that this new cup of açaí was much darker than the grande one Jason gave me. It turns out this terrible barista had given me a WATERED DOWN cup of açaí just to make it all worse. I will insert pictures of the 4 cups of COCONUT MILK he gave me and the WATERED DOWN cup of açaí he gave me compared to the venti one I ordered. The drinks obviously tasted absolutely DISGUSTING considering I was just drinking coconut milk. Starbucks’s policy is to fix my drinks if I’m unsatisfied with it but instead this barista, Jason, did not fix my drinks and gave me a terrible attitude and lied to me about the açaí. This Starbucks location is my daily spot. I often visit many other locations in my day to day travels and I will never get tired of going to the Route 23 Drive-Thru. This is the only Starbucks that makes me feel like I’m at home. You’re greeted when you walk in, everyone is smiling, working hard, and obviously happy to be there serving customers. There’s is almost never a line and it’s rare to ever have to wait more than 2 minutes for your order. There are a few other Starbucks near by where that unfortunately does not apply, but this location is reliable like that. I could go on about each employee and why they each have a special place in my heart but I’ll spare them viewers if this review and conclude by emphasizing how great this Starbucks location is and how fantastic the baristas and staff are as well. Horrible horrible horrible keep on driving i stopped by to get a small crème brûlée coffe that I always get some girl named jail or Kaley told me “ no I can’t do that it was out of season “ I proceeded to tell her it was regular ingredients and I get it all the time for the past almost 2 years at various locations she then said well we aren’t making out of season drinks she then told me do you want a pistachio drink I said no I would very much like the drink I always get she said yea no we aren’t making out of season drinks in a extremely rude manner I asked her name she told me and said have a great day as I drove off Starbucks do better you have ppl coming in and asking for drinks that aren’t on the menu specialty drinks and your employee was rude over a drink that you guys...
