I walk in Happy go lucky, by the time I walk out, I have amnesia and full PTSD. At least you know it’s authentic! Owner of the business is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever met in my entire life lol!… no I am not exaggerating. It was a great experience the first time we went, because her son was there… not her. I would always go back for the cheap prices… not many options to choose from either. We always remembered the first encounter but he never came back, and she would always start fighting and arguing over the simplest of requests. For instance, Ordered 42 dollars worth of food, been a regular, asked her if she could please give me 1 small chili oil, she said NO “you pay extra” I clearly said no, Im ok, she understood, (she’s cheap… not stupid) yet still charged me for it, and when I said why did you put an extra charge? you asked, I said I didn’t want it, she was full on fighting and arguing with me, as to why she will not give me 50c back. Another time, same large order, asked her please just put French fries/w scallops on top of the other orders so I can easily take it out and eat right away. She said “why, what you want, why you want, it same thing, what’s your problem, it’s all same thing”. Will in no circumstance say yes and is ready to stand and argue about it. These experiences aren’t even the worse ones! Just a failure in customer service department and as a human being, no sense of loyalty for her customers what so ever. People like her, don’t deserve to stay in business, spend your money else where… support good causes and support good people…. Please! Food tastes as much as you pay for...
Read moreNice owners, great food! We have ordered take-out several times. The egg rolls, rice, chicken and beef are the best in town, definitely better and fresher than the big Chinese restaurants in Waynesboro. Every one of our take-out orders have been hot and taste as though they were just made (and clearly they were, as you have to wait after phoning in your order before picking up your food). Definitely the go-to place!
3/25/2019 Apparently closed? Calls to the phone # do not connect and a sign on the door states "The restaurant is closed." Had hoped the closure was temporary, but this is week 3 now. They should at least indicate their closure on the website.
4/11/2019 All right Dragon's Grill, you're closed...the phone is disconnected and the lights are off!! I can't imagine the financial problems and disappointment this has caused, but take down your website!! If you would treat potential customers with respect by noting that you are closed, then the community might be willing to give you a second chance if you reopen sometime in the future...we are a community of...
Read moreI stopped by to order takeout at 4PM on a Saturday. I ordered the happy family with fried rice and bourbon chicken with plain rice. The seafood in the happy family had a texture like it was past its use by date. Not gritty like it was over cooked, it was mushy like old shrimp. The bourbon chicken was dried out and I'm pretty sure it was leg meat which takes a long time to dry out. The rice all tasted fresh but the fried rice was bland and so was the happy family. The happy family was also super greasy. I wish I could give it 0/5 for the $40 I paid. The only thing good was...
