Toastique — Restaurant in Wayzata

Shoutout to this amazing spot—seriously, if you haven’t tried it yet, you need to! The food, quality, and service were all top-notch. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and even offered a taste of any juice. We went with the seasonal one, Heartthrob, and it was surprisingly delicious! Fennel was an unexpected ingredient, but it totally worked.

The atmosphere was relaxed—not too busy—but plenty of people grabbed their orders to go, so we got a nice window seat. And you know how you hope your food looks like the pictures? Well, here it actually did!

Major shoutout to the team for their kindness—I asked if they could add a little more mango or pineapple to my smoothie since the banana was a bit strong, and they adjusted it without hesitation, attitude, or guilt. That kind of service makes all the difference!

Overall, a solid 10/10—highly recommend!

First time trying Toastique. Went for a working lunch. Toasts all looked worth trying. I ended up having the Avocado with lump crab. Very good! Servers are friendly. Inside was clean and cool as it was a very hot day and even so, I chose to eat outside in the shade. Juices looked good but I chose a Nitro cold brew as that is what I needed. I was a bit unsure about a place with just fancy toasts, but will definitely be going back many times to try more items!

Update: Went for breakfast and was equally wowed! Had the egg on the Avocado smash and loved it! Presentation was 🔥 I also had the Metabolize juice. Very good. A bit spicy, but good. My husband had the Tuscan Tuna and spiced chai and loved both! The tuna is a large portion and...

Love the food. I’ve only ever had the one pictured with the avocado mash, watermelon radishes and poached egg on top. I’ve had a cappuccino, perfectly hot and delicious.

So today I ate there again and had the Avocado Mash on toast. But I also had the most delightful bowl of vegetable soup. It really was wonderful. And it came with yummy, crusty bread. Try not to miss it. Photo added!

Today, June 6th, I went to Toastique for a late lunch. They had a chicken salad sandwich for the summer. I ordered that instead of my usual avocado toast. It was absolutely delicious.
