The food, when made correctly, has always been good HOWEVER, the service has continued to go downhill so much so that we just cannot return. Tonight, after ordering through the app for pick up which hasn't raised an issue in the past, our sandwich order was VERY incorrect. I was told, after calling to see if the correct sandwiches could be delivered, "we've had multiple people call in and say that orders through the app are not showing customizations." I can understand a technical error and was very patient in explaining the situation and left the floor open for a solution, but the response I got was so rude. The solution provided to me? I was told "Well, at least we got your drinks and chips right and didn't charge you for the extras." Um, thanks for not fixing the issue JJs, you made errors that caused us to not be able to eat our food and refused to correct the error that YOU KNEW was your fault. Not even an offer to refund the incorrect portion of our order after acknowledging the mistake. I hope someone else rec'd better service tonight when they had this issue but I...

They finished our order, placed it up top, and my husband grabs in all to realize it's alot to hold loosely and asks for a box. No response, everybody has ear pods in listening to music. He leans in and repeats himself loudly within a few feet of the employs and again no response. He leans in and grabs it himself without a reaction from anyone. Gets home and opens his sandwich to find it loaded with all the veggies it came with. Didn't even bother going back to switch it out because he's a polite gentleman and doesn't put himself in situations where he has the chance to not be. Today I ordered my usual, the Country Club, and it was much smaller than usual. The sub roll was the same length, but very thin and it barely had any turkey on it and what it did have, seemed to be a lesser quality. I didn't accidently get someone's Slim Jim, because the roll was a little bigger than that. I am just disappointed to pay $9.50 for a sandwich (no chips or drink) that is not prepared properly and is not a satisfying two meals for me, a senior citizen, like it typically is. I hope this is a fluke and JJ isn't charging the same prices for a smaller sandwich with cheaper meat like some other fast food places have been doing...
