I had a very unfortunate experience tonight at this location. Every time we have been there in the past the customer service has been above and beyond. However, tonight 9/1/2024 at approximately 7:30 pm my wife and I went in to get sandwiches for the family. Aaron and Joe we're "serving" us, and the experience was terrible. We didn't get welcomed into the store as most subways do (we were also the only patrons in the store at all). We ordered our three sandwiches without hardly a word from "Joe". Then when we were about to checkout Joe and Aaron were near the register and I told them "We would be happy to tip for some customer service" to which we were met with silence. I really don't like leaving this kind of review, because we normally love this specific location. Based on that response, I left. I took my very large order to another store. This was the store in Weatherford, Texas on Palo Pinto street. if you were going to that store, I highly recommend that you go to a different Subway! I understand it is Subway’s policy. If a phone or online order comes in before the customer comes in, you complete the pick up orders first and the customer in the store...

When I walked in one employee was standing down the hall by the bathroom on her cell phone. The other employee behind the counter continued to talk to the customer that was in front of me. I noticed he had finished the customers sandwich but they kept talking. After a few minutes I asked if someone could help me. The Male employee talking to the customer never looked at me. The female employee on her phone finally came over and asked what I wanted. After making my sandwiches I tried to get sweet tea. It was empty so I asked if they had more. She says I dont know. I had had enough...
