Tom's Donuts & Kolaches — Restaurant in Weatherford

A friend of mine practically grew up at this location, previously this was her dad’s business. Her dad’s business sign has sat on the back of the business for years, so she decided to build up the courage to go and ask if she could have it or even pay for it. The man was extremely rude and told her if it was so sentimental “Take a picture of it.” And no she could not have it. She drove by the following day to notice it was cut in half. (After the sign had sat there for years and years.) My friend decided to post on media about what had happened, the owners daughter came forward and apologized. She explained her dad couldn’t speak English well and it was all a misunderstanding, she then told her she could come by and pick it up with the day and time. She showed to pick it up and the owners proceeded to cuss at her and tell her she would not get to have the sign! DON’T give this place your business!...

This place has the BEST donut holes!... If they actually even still make any? I have been twice in the last month, Once on a random weekday around 8am and now today a Wednesday at 6am and both times they were out of everything. Last time they had a singular dozen of regular donut holes in the whole building and between me and my toddler thats the bulk of our orders typically. They had expensive character ones that werent nearly as good as just glazed or chocolate (although really cute). Today once again left disappointed with no donut holes because they had none with glaze or with chocolate. Gonna have to find a new donut shop that actually makes...

The couple who runs it were very kind. I was happy with their product & customer service. I ordered a dozen donuts & multiple large jalapenos kolaches... they were SO good ! I've never had jalapeno kolaches that tasted that good. Most of the time, from different shops, they taste like the baking powder & flour they're coated in.. Y'all do a great job. I even came back in that same hour bc my husband requested I buy more Jalapeno Kolaches than I came home with. I told them this, they laughed & gave me free donuts bc I came back so soon. My husband was appreciative & so was I....
