Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Webb City

I don't usually do reviews of chain restaurants, but I have to brag on the great customer service we received at this location. My husband and I called in an order at this location for pick up. We were ignorant as to when they closed and arrived just after they had closed for the evening. We were told that the cash register had been emptied and sent us on our way. Minutes later, we received a call from a lady at this same location saying they indeed had our pizza and apologized for sending us away. When we returned, they gave us the 1 pizza we ordered, PLUS cheesy bread, a tub of cookie dough, and coupons all ON THE HOUSE. The gal (I wish I knew her name) was so gracious and generous. Even though they sent us away the first time, it was our mistake that we didn't check the closing time and they were still so generous to us. Thank you, guys! We'll pay attention to closing...

I have spent a lot of money at this establishment and no longer will I do that until they can catch up with the times. God forbid someone makes an online order because they don’t feel like ordering the old fashioned way, it gets messed up every time. One employee even told us that it’s better not to make online orders because they mess them up. I bring it up when I go in there this last time and the lead lady in charge says she doesn’t know who told us that but they make sure to not mess up but long behold they messed it up AGAIN. And when I brought up what was said by an employee about messing up online orders he was standing there and wouldn’t fess up to saying it. I went in and bought 3 pizzas. Two of the pizzas were really good. The 1 pizza was horrible!! It was the new cowboy pizza. When I ordered it the offered me a thin crust for 9 bucks, well I wish I had not gotten it. We baked it for 26 minutes checking often and the crust never sat up. We tasted it and it was horrible! I called and told a young girl about it and I asked her if we could have it replaced. She said she would call the manager to call back in 5 minutes I called her back and she said she couldn't get ahold of the manager and was not able to replace it until she recieved the manager approval.
