I never write reviews- so honestly I was very disappointed in this visit. This was my first time here after moving to the area and I won’t be back. I woke up early to specifically come and watch a game and when I arrived I asked if they could put it on the tv. After 10 min, the bartender hadn’t gone to ask to change the channel so I went and asked a manager. The manager changed the channel but not to the right one so I went and asked another manager. Then when I ordered my food I asked for a beer and a shot, got the beer, not the shot. Had to order it again. At this point there were a few people at the bar so I didn’t mind. After getting my food (a salad) I didn’t get any utensils- No one asked me or brought me any- so I had to ask. I was never checked on after that, even when my beer was empty and pushed to the end of the bar. The bartender picked up the glass and never asked if I wanted another one. So I ordered another beer- she never brought it. A new bartender came on a few minutes later so I asked her for one- she went to pour it, but after gossiping with the other bartender for a few minutes, and then came to let us know the keg was being changed so it would be a minute on the beer. At this point I was a little frustrated, the turning point was that I noticed regulars were being given a lot more attention than anyone else in the bar. The bartender even told a couple that came and sat next to me “oh I haven’t been busy all day”, saying this while my empty beer glass was sitting there. The bartender also was loudly complaining about people not tipping her. I ended up canceling the beer and leaving and didn’t even finish watching the rest of the game. I’m in the service industry and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but when patrons are getting ignored, items constantly forgotten, and just no customer service whatsoever then it’s a done deal for me. Food was decent though- sad this place is being crossed...

The only real complaint I had was the chairs were to high. Like I'm 6'2 and my feet won't touch the ground to scoot it in. I will say, our food order got completely messed up and took an hour. Our waitress noticed and apologized and told us the manager would pay for our appetizers. When the food came out 20 minutes later we had already been there long enough so we asked for it to go. The manager came directly to us and deeply apologized and paid for everything. Top notch service for sure. The environment was a perfect setting to me. I wasn't all that impressed with the food profile though. The fries are definitely not the selling point. They are barely cooked through. Wife had the monte cristo which she liked. I had the pablano spicy smash burger which was just ok. To me a smash burger has some crust and is smashed down which this was not, but the flavor was good. We also had the pickles which were on point and the pretzel that was done just right. The cheese wirh the pretzel to me was perfect. Just seemed like every other sports bar around. Can't say enough about the service though. Definitely go check it our if you're a sport fan. It's something new and fresh with a great atmosphere and...

I’ve been here 2 times. Once at the bar where my experience was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend anyone sit there. Bartenders are very slow, had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks. Food wasn’t very good, the fry’s were good but the Wagyu sandwhich was very disappointing. My second time around here was better. I sat at a high top and was waited on by Lauren S. She honestly will go down as one of my best servers of all time. The appetizer that I had was the Pretzel. It was a fairly normal one but good! I ordered the Wings, DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS. They tasted liek the wings that you get from the freezer at the grocery store. The most disappointing part of the day was the fact that we told me manager that our 15 wings were not good. She seems skeptical and asked if we would like to try a new set of 5 each. Which were no better. She told us that she would take our order of the 15 wings off. That was good to hear until she put the extra 10 on our tab instead. Moral of the story, This is a great place to watch a sporting event but not to has a sit down dinning experience.
