Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Webster

First time visiting this location. The drinks were delicious-very refreshing! The service could use additional training. The line was very long, so there were 3 employees outside taking orders and even delivering some orders. This was great; however, they did not go directly down the line. They crossed lines and skipped cars. My order was never taken. I don’t think I was intentionally skipped, but having a more organized approach (like next in line) would have prevented this from happening. They created a drink so terrible I just requested "very politely and nicely" a blended with less ice if possible but I guess they dont understand and they called it something else doesnt taste like salted caramel protein latte at all! This is why i ask for less ice because they fill it up with bubbles. If they dont know how or cant do it then they should just say its not possible and recommend something else on the menu as an alternative instead of creating a horrible drink. I love dutch bros and its my go to drink but ducth bros webster is something else. Great drinks and friendly staff but the drive thru system is truly awful. It gets backed up easily and the way it’s run isn’t efficient. They went to switch people for the drive thru and it was at least 3-5 minutes before the next person came out…. The system is already awful but not having people ready to go to switch out made it even worse and made people start honking in confusion and get upset at the people around them even though we couldn’t do anything with no worker out there. I think they were going for how chickfila does their drive thru but it’s just not working honestly and I wish they would revisit and revise their drive...
