TLDR: If you have any issues, file a credit dispute immediately and don't expect help from Proven Products.

Buyer Beware! We purchased a new Speed Queen Washer and Dryer on 7/15, delivered 7/17. The washer broke on the very first load of clothes and it took 3 days to get a repair man out to open the machine and get our clothes out. The repair man also determined that on top of a latch issue needing replacement, there was buildup inside the machine causing other parts to also need replacement. When we contacted Proven Products about the issues they expressed concern but no solutions to selling us a bad machine. It has now been over two weeks without a working washing machine and we have no idea if/when the washer would ever be properly repaired. We should not be having these issues on a brand new machine. You might get lucky and purchase a product that doesn't have issues, but if you experience any issues whatsoever, don't expect a resolution from this company. We are now having to work through our credit card company to get our money back on the bad equipment sold to us.

Update: Jimmy is very nice but he politely informed us that he works for the owner and if the owner wants to stick it to customers then that is what they do.

Second Update: After disputing our transaction with the credit card company Jimmy quickly called to tell us the owner had suddenly authorized a replacement unit be sent to our house to replace the broken one. While I was skeptical, Jimmy assured us one would be delivered between 9:00-9:30am the next day. At 9:15 am the next morning Jimmy called to inform us that he would actually not be delivering a replacement unit unless we removed the credit card dispute. I told him I would happily remove the dispute once the unit was delivered/replaced but Jimmy and Proven Products refused. I'm not sure if they even had a second unit to offer or were just playing games to get me to cancel the credit dispute, but either way, they wasted my morning.

Sadly the lies and misinformation in your response are exactly why I felt the need to write this review and warn others.

First of all, I've never known anyone who has broken their washing machine in the manor you are suggesting. To try and misconstrue and blame customers for a faulty machine is exactly the type of shady tactics that other customers need to be warned about.

Secondly, as stated above/previously, you never offered any service or replacement until we had filed the credit card dispute. After filing the dispute you called immediately and offered to have a replacement machine at our residence the next morning between 9:00-9:30 am. At approximately 9:15am when you were supposed to already be delivering the replacements, you instead called to inform us that you would only do so if the credit card dispute was removed. Given your previous reluctance to assist in any way, we informed you that we would happily wave the dispute and sign any releases needed when/as/after the replacement machines were delivered. You refused.

Your final sentence about Speed Queen just reiterates my comments that customers should not expect any service or help from you. Once you've sold a machine you consider it gone and any warranty and/or issues will be delt with by the manufacturer and not yourself. In the modern day, I expect most customers expect some sort of remedy or solution to be offered by the seller and not to be pushed...

I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Proven Products in 2018. They were easy and great to work with then, and delivered/installed my machines quickly. I loved their costumer service and efficiency.

Unfortunately, my Speed Queen washing machine began to have issues with a small leak this year and a repair company was unable to fix the problem. However, the good news is that my Speed Queen washing machine was still under the manufacture's warranty; and therefore, I was in contact with Speed Queen about having this unit replaced.

After waiting weeks to hear back from Speed Queen regarding when my replacement washing machine would be available or delivered, I decided to reach out directly to Proven Products (where I had originally purchased my machine) and ask them for their advice.

I spoke with Jimmy, at Proven Products, who not only was extremely friendly and patient with me, but also worked miracles to get me the answers I needed from Speed Queen. On the same day I spoke with him over the phone, Jimmy placed a call to Speed Queen and got the answers for me immediately that I had been waiting on for weeks. The best news was that he got my washing machine delivered to my house the very next day!!!!!

Proven Products and their staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I will be using this store for all of my future appliance purchases. If you want to get good customer service and hands on help when a problem comes up (which they always will), this is the...

Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a new wash machine from Proven Products Appliances in Webster. David was very helpful and answered all my questions. I didn't think I would get another GE washer, but after seeing the Commercial Quality machine they had on display and doing some research and reading of reviews, I decided to give it a chance. I can't speak on the actual product at this time, but the service was excellent. If you're looking for a no nonsense straight forward approach to selling appliances, then this is the place to go. Personally...I appreciate this approach and attitude....at least I get an honest answer when I asked a question. As far as pricing goes, they are right in the ballpark. You may be able to find washers on sale at the big box stores, but you have to realize that you are only getting a 1 year warranty with that appliance. I preferred the 5 year warranty I got with this GE washer. By the time I would have purchased a 5 year extended warranty with one of the other stores I would have paid more. Deliver of the washer was excellent as well....next day after purchase. Darrell was very professional and prompt, and I appreciated the extra tid bits of information he gave. In fact, he is the first delivery person I have dealt with that actually tested the machine before leaving. Thank you very much for a smooth no hassle...
