Updated review June 2024*** After the pizza was such poor quality, we decided we’d still come for the park alone. Well this summer, the rules keep changing every time we come. First, he was told three different versions of skyline rules, including that he isn’t tall enough even though he has used that feature many times in the past. Eventually a manager decided this was fine. Another time, he’s told he cannot do flips he’s done on the trampolines. He’s done these flips safely for several years. Posted rules did not mention no flips, just no actions beyond a jumpers talents. My child is capable of complex flips and did not break those rules. My child expressed frustration that other people were flipping without reprimand. I observed for 5 minutes and saw 12 flips without intervention from employees from other children. I did note that they do seem to have posted a new rules poster, so these things are officially not permitted. I just wish there was consistency in rules streamlined for all kids on all days of attendance. The inconsistency is the issue here. Pick rules and stick with them for all. The park costs about $30 for the mid-line package. It’s exhausting being confronted by a manager all summer for things that have never been a problem or caused safety concerns in the past. I think we may be over coming here for good. Despite being here only 30 minutes or so, they would not give a refund. If you have a child that enjoys backflips and has medical records proving they meet height requirements for rides they aren’t permitted on, try another place. Original two-star review: Park itself is okay, but the food is pretty pathetic. $9 for this with a medium drink. Very little sauce or cheese AND they made the crust ridiculously big to save money on toppings. Skip the food. 🤢 They cannot give refunds unless you go to the front counter. They said tons of people complain about this.

First off I want to start with how excited I was to hear that Urban Air was finally coming to our area. We have visited other locations and have always been impressed. Sadly today was a different story. Upon being greeted at the front by a nice young lady, we went over to the station and filled our waivers, purchased our packages and went to the counter for socks. Everything was great, until my kids started to explore and we found that there were several different areas, especially the playground and areas leading to the sky coaster that were filthy. This wasn’t something that had been overlooked for a day or two.... They have been open one week and I would be surprised if it had been cleaned once during that time. We came first thing in the morning to beat the crowd so it’s not like the day had just been so busy and they hadn’t had time to do upkeep and some general cleaning. Secondly, the building is massive with so many different attractions which is nice, however I had my two children with me and they both wanted to do different things which is fine. The downside is that there is absolutely no security when it comes to the entrance and exit at the front. My 5 year old could have walked right out into the parking lot and no one would have noticed. Once I wrangled the kids down, we ordered a pizza and my youngest got the mini hot dogs. The staff at the food counter were very nice and the food came in a good amount of time. The prices were reasonable for an indoor amusement park and everything was very tasty. Overall, the kids had a blast and the staff seemed very nice, however I would really like to see them spend more time on cleanliness and possibly some sort of security at the front so someone couldn’t just walk out with a child or a child wander into the parking lot alone.

I had my sons birthday party here last week and I can not say enough good things about this specific location ! First off, before the date came I was in communication with Diane(if I am spelling her name right) the manager. She accommodated my big party with no snags or worries ! She provided me a whole pizza for my daughter with no cheese, due to being lactose intolerant, at no extra cost. Second, we had a shared party host since we purchased a table package and not a room BUT our host Joy was phenomenal! She was there to greet all of my guests coming in and direct them to our table, that was all set up by the time I got there! She went to gather socks and wrist band for everyone present & explained everything about the attractions and rides to me as she was handing out supplies. She was also there to SERVE US our pizza and as a mom of 4 usually I’m the one serving so it was amazingly stress free for me to not have to do so for that one occasion. 🥰 Lastly but not least, the go carts and all other attractions were SO MUCH fun!!! It was fun for the adults and kids simultaneously. I have never gotten so many compliments on how fun a birthday party was for everyone until I had one here. Honestly the absolute best part for me was that I didn’t have to worry about the cleanup! I was able to fully enjoy the having fun with the kids and that is priceless.

every single person i talked to was rude. when we walked in the door the staff ignored us as we waited 10 minutes to try to buy tickets. finally another family walked in and they helped them then us. first we went and got food and while we tried to order the guy told us to go ahead then got on his phone then we had to repeat everything and he still messed up the order. then we went to the zip line. the adults wanted to participate and we asked if there was a weight limit and the worker wasn’t sure and just said “probably like 230”. when i went on the zip line she was really rude and fussed at me when i accidentally walked off too soon and seemed completely annoyed by my presence. this all could have been fine until at the end we decided to do the rope bridges thing they have by the entrance. it says to ask a worker to open it so we walked up to a woman who coincidentally was the same girl from the zip line and she turned around and yelled to another worker to open it, he told her no and they both walked off. confused we asked the front desk to open it. they ended up sending the same guy who said no to open it for us and once again he seemed just so annoyed we even were there. keep in mind before opening it he was just standing by the door doing nothing but talking to some kids. when we got up there he asked us if we knew how to put on the harnesses i told him no, but he still didn’t help us. when we of course had them on wrong he just said “it’s wrong” then watched us try to figure it out again. he finally clipped it in and sent us off. all was fine until my partners little brother who is on the spectrum came up. my partner got off to help him. the worker once again didn’t help him at all, which is even more appalling because of his age. my partner had to not only harness him but also clip him in. the worker didn’t even check if it was correct, as it very well could have been wrong. when he got on the first part he got scared and was confused as they didn’t explain anything to him and the worker told him “don’t get stuck because i’m not gonna get you” we were absolutely appalled. it would be one thing to have rude workers but all of these people just couldn’t care less and had to concern for the actual safety of the people paying to be there. we spent over $100 on 3 people and it was ruined from the treatment of...

Be very cautious of this place.

Came here for my sons birthday. Took 20 mins of standing in a line to be told that we had to stand in the other line to setup an account online before they could even begin the check in process. Staff at the front desk was not very polite during several different exchanges just trying to clarify some of the fine print on the agreements. Staff was pressuring myself and other patrons to sign up for the “monthly” agreement which allows return visits. The “monthly” plan is a year long contract that is charged per month. The associate who explained this plan to us never once reviewed that information. Fast forward to the end of the the birthday party, I explained to the front desk that I was no longer interested in paying for the monthly agreement after the first visit because the equipment was nasty, half of the video and claw games were out of order and the entire experience wasn’t the best. Had no issue with them keeping the first months payment, just didn’t want reoccurring charges. The front desk explained I would have no issue canceling the agreement as long as I called their corporate membership reps. I emailed their reps as this was a weekend and received a response about 4 days later from them explaining the “real” agreement was very similar to an old school gym racket where you sign for 12 months and if you attempt to cancel early they charge you the remainder of the year. Have reported this experience to the attorney generals office as there are several requirements that must be followed for this type of practice to be legal and they have fallen short on several key parts. I highly advise anyone who visits to seriously research and ask questions prior to ANY “monthly” agreement with this organization.

Side note: the facility in Shenandoah (north houston) also removed a police officer from the facility because he had a service weapon along with his badge present. The CEO visited the local police dept to explain that his staff made errors in their judgement (the same staff who are responsible for explaining the contracts to potential customers with no errors) and to confirm that they “support” the local police, fire etc in an effort to do damage control.

This group is quickly accumulating some blunders that are bringing into question the “training” that they are providing to...
