Very clean restaurant, super friendly staff and of course the food was delicious. I was in town visiting relatives and happened to stop by. Was really impressed. Their agua de piña brought up old memories of a restaurant in Dallas (in the 90s) called La Central. It tasted exactly like it. My wife enjoyed her fajitas and the rice was authentic and flavorful. My only reservation was the spanish christian rock mix playing in the background. It was amusing as I sat there, as an atheist, eating my pescado empanizado listening to a song saying "God loves you, god loves you god loves you". I got a kick out of it and wasnt offended. Just left and had a good experience with my boyfriend and a friend of ours.

Our waitress was Rosalyn. She was very sweet and had us laughing. The other waitress was very helpful too and polite. They both were serving the 6 tables, that all arrived close to the same time, by themselves and were taking care of the to go orders as well. They could use some help but we’re doing great by themselves. 💜

I ordered the Chile relleno with chicken and it came with three flour tortillas, refried beans, rice, lettuce and tomato salad, and a water. My food was hot when I got it and all tasted very good. My boyfriend got the birria pizza and it was sooo good! Loved it.

They need better time management. We arrived at this truck and ordered and had to watch about ten orders be filled before ours most of the people who had pulled up after us. When we asked why, they said it was because orders were called in ahead of time. I didn't hear a single phone call ring while we waited outside the truck. Whether or not they received calls is true, someone who pulls up and orders at the truck shouldn't have to wait over 25 minutes for breakfast burritos outside. If they can improve their timing, I would consider returning. Their salsa was bland as well. As of now, I don't see myself bringing my business there...
