Most of my other reviews are glowing positive reviews you really have to mess up and more than once for me to go out of the way to give you a negative review .
I've been getting breakfast from this McDonald's for decades. And order the same thing all the time four sausage egg and cheese McMuffins.
The last four times including today that I went in there there were no eggs on my McMuffins when I got home. Each time I returned I told the person at the drive-thru window there were no eggs on my McMuffins last time please make sure there are eggs on my sandwiches. All I got was an apology not even a free cookie.
I get home one egg out of four sandwiches today. I even said it to a manager at the window today after placing my order. The person who came out verified four sausage egg and cheese McMuffins. Every time you have to wait extra time in line at the end of the drive-thru for them to bring the food out to you I get home and three out of four no eggs.
How did you actually make four sandwiches that require eggs and only put egg on one of them. And I even had my wife check the bag this time before we drove away she took the one off the top out and I could tell right away by its thickness there was egg on it so we went home and that was the only one with egg how do you make such a mistake it's almost like it's on purpose .
This time instead of throwing them in the garbage I took their eggless sandwiches back to them it was about the principal how could they have made this mistake four times in a row after speaking to a manager about it at the window at least two out of those four times.
I go in there with the Egg McMuffins with no eggs on them I tell them how this is now happened four times that is 16 Egg McMuffins that basically went in the trash except for the one I had to split with my wife for breakfast this morning cuz it was the only one that had an egg on it.
They actually told me they would have to look at security footage. Otherwise they could only refund me for the three sandwiches from today that didn't have eggs. I told them they should return my money for 15 Egg McMuffins it's only about $40 I don't need the money it's the principal. But no they would have to look at security footage basically calling me a liar.
An absolute miserable failure at customer service. Three managers standing in front of a lifelong customer for decades that comes to the drive-thru at least twice a week for the same thing all the time that they messed up and they had the audacity to treat me like I was lying I told them I don't want their money it was about the principle and left.
I recommend nobody ever go here especially based on the other reviews. After seeing that picture below of the Big Macs with only one piece of meat on it I can't tell you how many times that has happened there and I never complained. Unbelievable that three managers would stand there and argue with a grown adult as if they don't believe him when he doesn't even want the money it's principle. Disgusting stay far far away from this establishment.
The owners should fire everybody and McDonald's Corp should consider closing down this franchise as it is really making them look bad and frankly McDonald's doesn't need any help with looking bad. It gave me my order pick up number and once I got there to pickup my breakfast the guy from drive thru told me he couldn't make my breakfast because the time change to 11:00am and I didn't get there on time. Mind you my order was already paid for before 11:00 am and they just refused to make it. He and the manager keep telling me that my payment was on hold that they never took it because I never got thought drive-thru on time, but I keep telling them it makes no sense cause i did a mobile order online before 11am and because they decided to put the breakfast away, to take out the lunch out they just refused to make it and that's wrong!!... if I am using mobile order to pay for my breakfast meals before the breakfast end then by law they need to make it... we're does it say on the mobile policy that if I place a mobile order at 10:40 AM I have to arrive at drive through before it hits 11:00 am? When I was there at 10:58 to pick up my breakfast and they kept telling me, Oh sorry, we're in lunch now. We cant make your breakfast. That is so wrong. It's not my fault that they decided to put the breakfast food away before breakfast was done.. Just to take out the lunch meals. The Manager kept telling me that the order didn't go through because I didn't get through drive thru on time and i Kept telling her that I have my mobile order code tho for pick up so the order did go through.You guys are just refusing to make my breakfast because you guys put it away before breakfast ended. She kept making excuses and lies . Thank God i decided to go back inside my mobile app to see if I can cancel my breakfast order And it let me. The corporate managers need to talk to their employees plus the manager to let them know that if it's not 11 yet, and it's still 10;50 am that by law, they still need to serve breakfast order even if it went through and you got a pick up code and it paid for thru...
Read moreMy order is always screwed up. And the customer service is awful. I ordered a coffee through the app today. After it went through I realized it said I had to pick it up at the counter instead of picking it up at the drive-thru. This was a mistake on my part. I am disabled and on somedays I am having a extremely hard time walking. And I forgot my cane. I went to the drive-through because I didn’t think it would be a problem for them to hand me the coffee from the counter to the window. They’re about five feet from each other. While waiting at the drive-through two cars that arrived after me were served before me. And then when it was my turn they refused to hand me the coffee through the drive-through window. They said I had to come inside and get it. I didn’t even get a chance to explain that I was disabled before they were onto the next On the other side of the drive-through. So I went inside. My coffee was sitting on the counter and it was made completely wrong. And when an employee Finally came over to see what the issue was. It was the same person that just told me they couldn’t give me the coffee from the counter to the window. And then this walking nose ring had an attitude with me when I demanded a refund. The whole experience was degrading and insulting, and had me so mad I was shaking. Working at McDonald’s isn’t hard. All of the other McDonald’s in the area seem to have it down just fine. This one is always Horrible. The last time I ordered a double cheeseburger I asked for extra pickles. I opened up the wrapper to find the extra pickles on top of the bun. This was clearly done by someone who forgot to add the extra pickles but didn’t care to open the sandwich. I am definitely done with this McDonald’s forever.
