Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Webster

We recently visited Papa Gino’s in Webster Ma. for a casual bite, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The restaurant was clean. We kept it simple and ordered hot dogs, and honestly, they were some of the best we’ve had—perfectly cooked with toasted buns and fresh cut onions that really elevated a classic comfort food.

What truly made the visit memorable, though, was our server, Diana. She was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we were taken care of. She struck the perfect balance between being helpful and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Her energy and kindness really added to the overall vibe of the place. We’ll definitely be coming back. Not much to say about this place.

Like most corporate entities they're not very good for their price. You will pay more money for a Papa Gino's pizza then you will for almost any other place in town.

There's nothing special about it either.

Employees are adequate and services okay but slow as hell sometimes

Some of the longest wait times out of any place in town, only place I go to that has a 45 minute wait time. I've had to walk out and cancel delivery orders multiple times because they just can't get the food out in a timely manner.

Doordashers regularly joke about how bad the wait time is at this location.

There's like a dozen or so Mom and Pop pizza joints that you could order from and that you should order from instead of...

So usually papa Gino's is great food. But when you find bugs in your food without ordering the extra protein, it puts a toll on anyone ever eating there again. The bug was found in my nephew's piece of pizza. Who's to say anyone else has eaten the extra protein packed in there. Just because planet fitness is next door doesn't mean you can give extra protein. They have supplements for that. China really is taking over and through the food industry. Slipping in their food to think we have no clue. Think again papa Gino's. I will always order local. Not food chains.
