Tried to order Delivery on the App. Was told they don't deliver to Marland Heights. Tried to order Delivery online. Was told they don't deliver to Marland Heights. Called the store. Was told they don't deliver to Marland Heights. I guess they won't be getting my business EVER again. Too bad because I ordered pretty regularly and was big fan of their foods.
Follow up: November 30, 2019. My stepson and our Grandson’s Birthday....
We decided to have a party to celebrate the birthdays and surprise him with pizza and gifts at his home. Our Grandson loves Pizza Hut and we decided to order carry out. The online app shows an offer for $7.99 for any 3 topping carry out pizzas. I ordered a cheese, ham and pineapple on stuffed crust ($2.00 up charge per the website), A cheese and double Pepperoni on hand tossed crust, and a half Extra cheese/half pork-onion and pepper.
Arriving at the store the cashier gave me my total for my order which per the order was expected to be about $28.00. She told me I owed $33.00. When asked why she proceeded to tell me that extra cheese isn’t a topping and is charged extra, I was charged extra for that on every pizza. I explained that it wasn’t what was priced on the app, and that I didn’t have three toppings on 2 of the pizzas. She told me she was “sorry” and refused to adjust the price. If I weren’t heading to a surprise party, which I was taking food to, I would have told her to keep the pizzas because the prices should be as advertised and it should be stated on the app that extra cheese was not a topping and I’d be charged more. Her attitude was not the greatest and she was not at all accommodating. This Pizza Hut is on a downhill slide. Poor customer service, poor delivery area, poor attitude.
The pizzas were very tasty and appreciated by all. Had it been clear that the pizzas were more money, I have no trepidations about the cost... but I just wish I hadn’t paid a premium for a pizza that was advertised as...
Read morethis is probably the worst pizza hut ever. countless orders messed up. but let me name a few of my experiences. 1: walked in on my break from work to get some pizza employee is screaming about how she's bisexual.. very professional. 2: asked manager for ranch and he gives me a cup that has some type of dirt or food in it so I could get ranch from the bar... he proceeds to pick the dirt out of the cup and try to give it to me. 3: ordered delivery and my pizza was wrong, called the store and got disconnected, finally reached a manager who sent me a new pizza but I have a strong feeling it was the pizza I previously returned cause it was ice cold. waited about an hour and 10 minutes for a medium pizza, I was also expecting like a complimentary coupon or something but no, which I would've been okay with if my pizza was frozen solid. only good experience was the delivery driver. other than that I've received countless under cooked pizzas and pizzas missing toppings. I worked retail and im the last person to complain but holy cow. also I've waited over 30 minutes for personal pans too. I've been in there when customers were angry also countless times. this store needs a lot of...
Read moreMy sister suggested lunch at Pizza Hut in Weirton today for their hot chocolate brownie dessert. They were out of that. Anyway, we order and our cheese sticks come out. The waitress accidently tilted the tray enough for the cup of sauce to pour down my shoulder and onto my sisters pants.
"Oh no, you moved just as I was putting that down."
What? Is that really what you say to a customer who you just spilled hot pizza sauce on?! Not to mention I surely wasn't moving since my sister had my baby in her arms, luckily. The sauce was all over the back of my shirt, not the front had I of moved like she said.
The sauce was hot. I took off the shirt in the middle of the store since it was burning my back. The waitress provided wet rags and an offer from the manager to pay for dry cleaning. Dry cleaning. She never asked if I was alright. Calls have been made but they said they don't know what to do. Really, that was said.
I get it, accidents happen! Own it and make it better. I should not feel like a have a patch of sunburn in November, be out two shirts, or have had to act like a crazy lady taking off her...
