Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Weirton District

The only reason I didn't give the service a five-star it's because one employee there not going to use any names or any physical features I don't want anybody bashing her she was working by herself but she picks and chooses the size of cups that she wants to make for the drink versus what you ordered now there is a barista there that has a bunch of piercings she is awesome she makes my drinks perfect I love when she's working I always order the caramel ribbon crunch I get two of them one for me one for my wife I get the biggest ones they have largest which is obviously a big cup the last two times I went there another worker is working and I order the same thing large and she gives them to me in a small cup but charges me for a large and I bring it up and said hey I ordered large is and she said oh those are our large cups for our caramel ribbon crunch and this isn't the only Starbucks I have went to I know she is obviously lying a large is a large a big cup. I don't know if she just didn't want to make extra stuff to fill up a large cup I really don't know and then to be truthful with you she only puts a little bit of the the coffee and the mixture and then the rest is just all whipped cream she was more worried about talking to one of the Kroger employees than she was doing my order heck I sat there for 5 minutes while they talked at the end of the counter before she even came up and took my order other than that it's a great place to go to I just know if that particular employee is working I won't go there that's my first time going there in the evening normally I'm there early in the morning like when they opened so yeah I like sticking with the morning employee cuz she is awesome like I said and like I said it's the end of the day it was like 5:30 I know they close at like 6:00 or so I get that but still if you're going to charge me almost $13 for two drinks you can at least give me...

Awful experience. Went there ordered 2 trenta pink drinks w strawberry puree around the cup. Had to ask for freeze dried strawberries because she forgot to add them. When she did add them she added “2.” More then 3 4th of the cup was coconut milk. And she just had a bad attitude. The drinks were awful when we asked her for a refund instead of asking how she could fix the problem she just said take your stickers over there! She needs a new job cause this ain’t for her. I’ve been to so many Starbucks and never had a problem w the barista. They always smile,ask how your day is. Not this one. Anyways don’t waste...

Absolutely horrible service, ordered the same drink I always order at any Starbucks and I couldn’t taste any coffee at all she put so much water in it , the milk she put in it was curdled and not good when she remade my drink she was clearly annoyed and did not put all my ingredients in it and when I asked she huffed and put half a shake of cinnamon powder on top , my husband’s drink had no sugar or cream at all and was black iced coffee not at all what I ordered, after the disappointment as always there I threw both drinks away with no refund . Do better Starbucks ! Worst one...
