Oct2022: 5⭐: I recommend this location and this work crew. I walked into the store and I was immediately greeted by an older gentleman who was difficult to understand. I concentrated a little bit and was able to understand what he was saying and he took my order. I didn't wait very long at the counter before he gave me the ticket and I was able to use my phone to pay for the items for my family member. There was metered parking out front of the facility. I did not notice if there was parking in the rear. The food was ordered at one counter where the donuts are and picked up at an adjacent counter after being prepared. Very kind people here. I accidentally walked in at 5:58PM thinking they closed at 7 (it was Saturday and they close at 6). The lady at the counter told me they closed at 6 but practically insisted on still trying to help me and get me something after I apologized and tried to leave. They were out of stock of the thing I wanted, but the gesture was still extremely above and beyond (not to mention they were very patient about my mistake). There’s something about this Dunkin’ that just hits differently. Maybe it’s how fast and friendly the staff are—even during the morning rush, they somehow keep it cheerful and efficient. My coffee always tastes consistent (rare these days), and they somehow make the breakfast sandwiches actually feel fresh. The vibe is clean, well-kept, and just smooth sailing all around.
