Ordered breakfast this morning through the drive thru and realized when I got home that some of my items were missing. I called up there to let them know that I was headed back to get the missing items before their breakfast was over. I’m assuming it was a manager that was on the phone but she basically was giving me the third degree about them forgetting the items. Drilled me asking if I still had the bag of food, the receipt etc. basically wanting to argue about absolutely nothing while I continued to answer all of her questions and was kind about it. Went back and pulled up to a long line. Hit to the speaker and told the lady what I was missing and she said sorry about that and I will put the order in and zero it out so they have it ready. I get to the first window and it was a young man that was super nice but I guess did not know how to zero it out. He went and got the manager to help him, she came up to the window with major attitude and asked me what I needed and to repeat what I told him. I explained what the lady taking my order had said as far as zeroing them out, she cut me off immediately and told me in a very hostile manner to just pull forward. I told her there was no reason to be so rude abd asked if she was a manager? She completely ignored me . I pulled to the second window and was greeted by another nice lady and she asked what my order was again. She went to get it and when she came back I asked her what that lady’s name was that just came to the first window to help that boy and she says her name was “Kat”. Kat has no business dealing with customers, it was pretty bad. I actually felt terrible for the other people working there with that lady. Everyone else was extremely nice and looked like they were in shock. I never write reviews but this lady’s behavior is going to drive away a lot of customers and employees if nothing is done. To get treated that way because items were missing in order is mind blowing to me and not once did she apologize, the other employees did. As a business owner I would want to know if I had someone like this running my store or even working there. Extremely rude with no customer service skills! By the time I got back home it had been an hour long ordeal and the...

Last night, my boyfriend and I order a sandwich, a medium fry and a sundae. After ordering and paying, we pulled up to the second window. The window was wide open and after sitting there for more than five minutes with no food, it’s almost like the employees finally noticed we were sitting there. What had them so engrossed? They were having a debate. About what sort of fruit home Spongebob Squarepants lived in. I was dumbfounded. Someone eventually stuck their head out to let us know that we were waiting on fresh fries. Of course, this was after we’d waited closer to 15 mins at this point. None of the employee’s were at all apologetic and we just wanted them to be considerate and let us know what was going on.
This morning was ridiculous.
I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese bagel. There was so much breakfast sauce on the sandwich it stained the bag and my hands before I had even taken the wrapper off. I ordered a large orange juice. After getting to the window, I was told that they were changing out the orange juice. I was fine with that. I was told it would be two minutes, which is why I elected to wait. I pulled up as instructed and then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my orange juice. Because I was already running late at this point, I didn’t try the orange juice until I had already gotten to work. It tasted like water! The fact that I waited and additional 10 minutes and paid the upgrade charge for my meal and ended up with a large water is ridiculous. This McDonald’s appeared to be turning around at one point but that’s obviously not a trend that’s going to continue. Awful service and...
Read moreIt was a faded Sunday day in late December. Snow fell, slowly piercing the thin air surrounding my mitsubishi. My wife, son, daughter, and I were all listening to Mumford and Sons. I was driving the mitsubishi as we all sang in a coordinated, loving fashion. This was the perfect day. I pulled into the McDonald's drive thru, planning to finish my family's happy meal toy collection. Silly, we all ordered the Grimace shake. We were traumatized by a raspy, aaron boy voice within the midst of the silence. "Yo, stop bringin' yo fam to my work when i'm hittin a blinker!" it said. My daughter cried, and my wife shivered in my timbers. I'm a pretty nice guy, so I asked him to be more patient. We pulled up to the window to see an emo, ear-ring scruffy haired boy. I won't reveal his name (I only heard from the distance that it rhymes with "eyes-A-uh"). He snarled at the look of my car, and refused to look at me in the eyes. He just kept looking at my wife and daughter, making small, abrupt chuckles of rage to himself. Then he gave us our food, which was amazing thanks to the other responsible employees, but when we parked to check it, he kept airdropping us photos of Mumford and Sons concert tickets and asking us if we wanted to go. When we drove out of the parking lot, he ran to us, so we had to skidaddle pretty fast. This teenager, who I will not name, but his name starts with an "I" and likes the color green,...
