Chicken was rancid. Called the owner. All he did was argue that no one else had complained. “We sell a lot of chicken. You’re the only one who has complained.” Absolutely belligerent. Refused to take responsibility or replace our meals. Basically called us liars. I had ended up eating one piece of the chicken and thought it tasted really really off. Then I tried another and knew it was off the charts bad. Made my stomach turn. My husband had eaten two pieces and said his was fine. Then had a third and ended up spitting it out. People - If you’ve had rotten chicken before - you know it. We have eaten there several times. This is our first bad experience - but what makes it worse is the disrespectful treatment we received from the restaurant owner. He just kept arguing and arguing and arguing. We can’t support that kind of poor leadership. Absolutely 100%...

Family wanted Hibachi for dinner tonight so I called in our usual… shrimp hibachi with rice& noodles AND chicken hibachi, both entrees. Food was NOT good today!! Containers were weighted down with so much dry rice!! Only veggies were a couple pieces of broccoli, a few onions and a few strips of zucchini… no carrots nor mushrooms… rice was dry because there was hardly any sauce. I’ve never had an experience like this… food is usually fresh and hot and portion sizes plentiful . I did notice a cook that I had never seen working before. I’ve frequent this establishment many times in a year that I’ve live in this community. Today was simply not a good day! The only thing I enjoyed were the freshly prepared egg rolls! I won’t be going back...

The food is great, and so are the prices. Tho, the staff. Me and my boyfriend order from here all the time, it's his favourite. He doesn't like veggies, cool beans, order without veggies. And i dont like my veggies mixed in, so i like to order veggies on the side. And we normally order under his number, bcoz they all know him so well. But everytime I order under my phone number, which has legit been like twice. They call and tell me they can't put the veggies on the side bcoz "it's too complicated". Now, I don't normally mind these kinds of things. But if you don't do that when I order from his number, then why do it when I order under my number? Y'all got great food.
