Really disappointed. Husband and I were looking forward to going for dinner. We ordered no apps. He had ribs, house salad, and fries. He normally enjoys thousand island dressing, but tonight, said that it tasted bad. His guess was that the dressing may have been spoiled, but he couldn’t tell for sure. I ordered the beef tips with gravy, extra sour cream, loaded mashed potatoes, and no onions. I also ordered a bowl of chili. The chili came out cold and when asked for it to be reheated, it was brought back to me so hot that 15 mins had gone by with it sitting on our table, and it still wasn’t cool enough to attempt to eat. I originally asked for onion and cheese. It came with no onion. The server came to our table to ask if I wanted brown or white gravy and if I wanted my mashed potatoes on the base of the dish. I confirmed brown gravy and specifically stated that I wanted the base loaded, and reiterated that I did not want onions on the beef tips. I was never told it couldn’t be made that way. The beef tips were covered in onions. When my husband brought it to the servers attention, she took it back to kitchen, where I suspect that instead of making a new order, someone took out the onion by hand (as I attempted to eat more, I would find more onions, and the mashed potato base was cold). The mashed potato base also came out with no cheese or bacon, something also brought to the attention of our server. Finally, of my beef tips, gravy and mushrooms, only about 15% of it was beef, it wasn’t cooked to the correct temp (the server asked how I wanted the temp, I cited medium), and I never picked up a piece of meat larger than the size of a dime. The rest was mushrooms and gravy. We were given lukewarm rolls and never offered a refill on rolls or drinks. While our server was perfectly nice, at no point did she apologize or notify a manager so that someone could at the very least speak to us. We paid via the table tablet and were asked to take a survey. Question 1: rate your overall experience 1-5 stars. I chose 1. Question 2: did the tablet add to our overall experience? I chose no. I wasn’t asked any additional questions for feedback or given space to elaborate on why I only chose one star. The highlight of the meal? The mashed potatoes at least had good flavor this time. Based on our experience tonight, if we go back to a Texas Roadhouse, it certainly won’t be to...

We come here once a week for a party of 3 with no issue and we just had one of the worst experiences ever here for our large party.
We had my Birthday dinner here last night and we will never dine here again. We had a party of 20 scheduled for 4:30pm on Saturday. They don't do true reservations so we understand however we called on Friday and the manager said if we call ahead 11am on Saturday they will take our "reservation if we move it to 4pm prior to their dinner rush". So we bumped our reservations from 4:30pm to 4:00pm so we wouldn't have the wait
18 of us arrive at 3:55pm and 2 people are running behind expected at 4:15pm. They tell us they won't seat us until all members of our party are here. Which is ludicrous anyways. To make things better we don't get seated until 4:45 ( so much for our reservation) and we arrive to dirty tables that haven't even been bussed yet.
We finally get seated and it only gets worse. Our server was the only good thing about this meal. Appetizers came out 2 minutes prior to our meal. And the best part is we had not one but two issues with our salads. 1 person in our party had a dead fly in theirs and the other person and lettuce that has been sitting out for a week and was brown. Also we had 17 steaks on our tab and 4 were so grossly over cooked they had to be remade. But we were taken care of because for our $2,800 party bull we got to pick 2 new sides. I'm not somebody to complain for freebies but holy cow did they drop the ball.
Great place for a quick bite to eat but totally inept to host any party size larger than 6.

Read moreWent in for a quiet meal with my husband I was met at the door by a multitude of police officers trying to get us to give them money for some cause. Didn't appreciate it.I told them at that time that we were not going to donate.Thank you goodbye. Go inside to order our meal. And we're trotted back-and-forth pass, empty tables, way far to the back of the building, and still was not seated, finally brought back to where we started. After a few more passes, I finally asked them, can't we please just sit down at one of these tables. Host didn't like it, but they sat us. Mind you my husband is disabled. Finally, get seated and do not see our waitress or a glass of water for about fifteen minutes. The police officers were all over the restaurant talking very loudly. Distracting, all of the staff and going from table to table, trying to get more donations. Again, asking us if we would like to donate. My husband informed him that we were accosted at the front door and thank you, no. The food was very good. The service was mediocre, but I do believe it was due to the influence of all the police officers. Not only old man cops flirting with inappropriately, aged women waitresses, they were also being loud and blocking several of the aisles, adding to the overly rowdy atmosphere.
Usually enjoy dining here and thought. We were coming to a restaurant, not the...
