I feel I have already told this story in another part of this survey and I’m not liking having to type this again but here it goes. We rented two rooms here at the Wentzville Marriot because our family Thanksgiving was here in Wentzville. My girlfriend and her two sons were up here from The Lake of the Ozarks for Thanksgiving. I knew we would be at my family’s till 10 or 11 pm so I thought let’s divert through the hotel get our stuff unpacked and get checked in so when we were tired and stuffed from dinner we can come straight back to relax , shower, and sleep. We used restroom while getting situated in room before going to Thanksgiving. Toilet is broke won’t fill at all and of course won’t flush. Which is very embarrassing and inconvenient because I have went number two and I’m not married we are still dating and this is not an issue I can keep secret. So I go to front desk and talk to young man and he says being a holiday nobody is on site but they had a maintenance guy on call and he would handle it while we were gone. I’m fine with this. But if we were gonna have to switch rooms I would want to do it now not at 11 pm. This was whole reason we diverted through the hotel to get checked in so we didn’t have a bunch of work and drama late at night when we were exhausted. So he has our contact info and does not inform me that he is having issues getting a hold of anyone or giving me the option to shoot back by to handle situations we were literally 3.8 miles away. He says nothing and we come back to a different girl and a broken toilet and now a room change to opposite end of building at 11:00 at night. This was extremely inconvenient and completely preventable. The young man acted like someone was on call and without a doubt it would be fixed. Not only was it not he didn’t even make the night supervisor who I dealt with when I got back aware that the issue even existed. I expect more from a 200 dollar a night level of a hotel. Usually do Hilton and am Hilton honors member for a few decades and same with IGH for Holiday Inn chain. Holiday inn in Wentzville angered me with their lack of loyalty so I gave Marriot a shot and had this issue. Hopefully we can make things right and put...

HOTEL STOLE MONEY!! I would give this hotel a 5 star review. After getting $125, stolen us from the hotel. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. During our check-in to pay for our visit at 12:30 p.m., I was told we could do an early check-in that would cost $30 per hour until 4 pm. Asked her why charge that if the room is ready. She told us that because we were going to sleep, they have to charge for the night stay?? Stunned by her response since it's not of their business if we sleep or stay awake during the day. I denied the early check-in, of course, and asked the short blonde lady if it would be ok if my wife and I could sleep in the car until 4 pm. Since we just drove 18 hrs straight to Florida. As I was walking out after reservating the room, we were going to wait until 4 pm check-in. The lady at the front desk just hands me our room keys. I was confused about why we were getting our keys already. She told us, "Don't worry, I won't charge you." Again, being confused asked her again that we aren't doing the early check-in. We are on a budget we can't afford to pay the ridiculous cost, she told us, "Don't worry about it again." I refused to pay for early check-in once again. Our stay was great , breakfast was good, rooms are clean and spacious. Now, at the end of our stay, after checking out, verifying on the bill we wasn't charged for early check-in, AWESOME! 2 days later, I get a charge for $125 from the hotel!! Now my wife and I are out of money stuck in the middle of nowhere, ville USA Texas, out of gas and food. Thank you a lot for...

The night before I was supposed to check out of this hotel and leave after a work trip, I ended up with food poisoning! I asked the front desk for an extra hour after check-out time so that I could try to get myself together, which they gave me with no hassle. Once check out time came around, I still wasn't feeling my best, but I dragged myself downstairs anyway to check out so I could head to the airport. Well, as I was standing at the front desk in the lobby, I started to feel nauseous and queasy - ran for the closest available restroom (which happened to be the male's restroom), and ended up getting extremely sick all over the place (it was a disaster). Afterwards, I embarrassingly came back to the front desk to apologize and let them know that I'd need to call my employer to let them know I'd need to extend my stay an extra day because I clearly couldn't travel anywhere. And this is when the hotel staff saved me - they told me not to worry about that, let me stay an extra night in my room at NO CHARGE so I could get some rest, let me know where the nearest urgent care was, AND gave me FREE ginger ale! I am so grateful that they did this for me! I'm writing this review as I prepare to try checking out again, and thanks to this staff, I feel a whole...

Stayed one night at this hotel. No complaint to speak of however, they did have a few glitches. The freezer in the Market was non-operational and the Cable TV in the exercise room was not working. I am sure they will be fixed promptly. Shout out to Cmantha who checked us in and did her absolute best! There is no jacuzzi here, but there is a small pool. What I really enjoyed most about the new rooms was the walk in glass shower, the microwave and mini fridge area. This hotel chain has value in mind for even longer stays. Free breakfast daily as well. Highly recommend. Very close to shopping and normal restaurant chains. In fact you can walk to Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesday, or Olive Garden. Video on the you tube channel. Thanks for reading.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Wentzville, MO, and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, Sanders went above and beyond his kindness and professionalism stood out immediately. He made the entire check in process smooth and completely stress free. The hotel itself was spotless, and the breakfast was incredibly convenient with plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, the combination of a clean, comfortable stay and exceptional service from Sanders made my visit outstanding. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel.

Found a syringe 💉 under the windows of my room and trash under the bed. The shower squeeks louder than the floors. Sometimes, a.c doesn't even work. The door wouldn't stay closed after having to slam it several times to get it to shut. Hotel staff tried to downplay any of the issues. This is by far the worst thing I've ever come across staying in any hotel.
