Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Weslaco

Customer service was horrible. I usually order online nowadays because of long lines but for whatever reason the online service was not available today and kept saying coming soon. So I decided to call in my order for pick up and was told it would take 10 minutes. I showed up and went into the lobby to ask for my order and was completely ignored for about two minutes until finally I was asked what I wanted by one of the staff me members. I explained that I had called in an order and provided my name. The woman told me that she could not give me my order and I had to go by the drive thru or order online. I then ask her what is the point of ordering for pick up if I have to be stuck in line for over ten minutes which was the time that they gave me over the phone. She ask me to hold on so she can talk to what I assume was a manager and came back with the same information. I told her I didn’t mind ordering online and ask if they knew what the issue was with the website. The woman left again to find out cause she was absolutely clueless. After another few minutes another member who was a manager approached me and asked another staff member to ask me what I wanted. She was talking in Spanish I guess because she assumed I didn’t speak it. That crew member asked me and I told them the whole story over again and thankful this woman was able to explain to me that the website was having issues. I thanked her for information and asked to get the manager name and corporate number to make a complaint. I felt like the manager was not handling the situation correctly and was very unprofessional. The nice woman ask me to wait so she can write information down for me and then manager came back and started telling me that there was nothing I could do and I had to go wait in line for drive thru service, which at this point I was already aware of that so there was no reason for her to be addressing me. I told her to please not talk to me as I was already being helped and just waiting for the information I needed. The manager kept talking to me yelling and then threaten to call the cops! I didn’t say anything else to her and just waited for other nice employee that was helping me out, who then returned with the info I needed and i thanked her and left. I was extremely upset that they can have such a rude manager working there. Very unprofessional and I won’t be going back to this location. I called corporate already and complained and hopefully they do something about it. That manager needs to be retrained or let go...

This place has gone down hill. Very bad service by the employees there. In line for 30 minutes, by the time we got to the window they didn't know our order so they asked to wait another 30 minutes for a hot and ready. We waited in a line very long that other cars couldn't get out, one of the guys trying to get out was a famous actor named Timothée Chalamet, I gave him space to pass and he waved at me which was the only upside. Then another turn of unfortunate events my car broke down in the parking lot from waiting too long for a pizza. Then the employees were laughing at us and I cried for a while. But it's ok now. On top of all that I decided to give it another chance, so today I went to get a hot and ready. When I pulled up, the employee was very rude again and did not want to give me a hot and ready and her name Amber Heard. What a gyp #justiceforjohnnydepp

The quality has gone down at this location. I looked forward to my crazy bread combo because I love the sauce. Yet, the sauce was completely flavorless, a bit watered down from the regular thick consistency it usually has. Not sure if I got a spoiled sauce or the last bit of the ones they had. I had to stop eating it. I threw it away when I got home. Extremely disappointed in the breadsticks as well. Very tough, not correctly cut thoroughly, and overdosed in some garlic butter sauce. Not sure if they changed the formula or if I got an old batch done by a new employee who overdosed those breadsticks too much in garlic sauce. Haven't had Little Caesars for a while now. The pizza was super flat from the normal thickness. I got the original pepperoni pizza. There wasn't the usual amount of sauce and cheese they put on these pizzas.
