DO NOT COME HERE! HAIR IN OUR FOOD! Plus- These people WILL CHARGE YOU A 15% MANDATORY FEE THAT IS NOT CLEARLY POSTED!!! They are notorious for overcharging your card. Check the other reviews about overcharges .When we went up to pay they had a small tiny sign at PAYING AREA. Not posted on menu or obvious place. When we told cashier we did not agree to the 15% charge, she called owner and then CASHIER LITERALLY SAID, here’s the money, IT LOOKS YOU NEED IT MORE THAN I DO. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! When I mentioned the hair in our food she laughed in my face, insinuating I made it up because of the 15% discussion. She continued to state “it looks you need it more than I do.” Mam, (with all due respect to working individuals, I am not the one working on a Sunday behind the register).We did not mention the hair before because we are human, humans handle food, hair in food tends to happen in a normal setting. We do not like to make big deals about things like that. However, when we were mistreated, I went ahead and discussed it with her, only to be dismissed. have NO PROBLEM tipping my 20% when I am served well. This was not about the tip, but a 15% service charge that was not posted. Small space. Food was okay. Very bland. Nothing is really great, just okay. Barbacoa was a dry. Potatoes bland. Salsas okay. I would not give any stars to this restaurant, but I had to give a star in order to be able to write a review. First time we went to eat there was @ 2pm, the restaurant closes at 3. We came in and sat down and waited a good 10 minutes. I got up from where I was sitting, no one came to serve us. As I approached the person she told me they were closed and they had close cause business was slow. After 2 weeks we came back to try out the place hoping it wasn’t closed. Service was horrible since the ver 1st time we came. We waited till the girls decided to come and attend us and that’s because again I had to get up to get their attention. By then I wasn’t feeling the desire, but since we were already there and it would just take more of my time if we left and found another place to eat. I ordered the red enchiladas and since I got the plate i smelled the sauce in the enchiladas was already smelling ugly. The sauce was already bad. I did not say anything to the server cause they were already very rude. No customer service at all. I could only imagine if I complained bout the food what else would they put on my food for complaining. I will not go there again. And I’ll make sure I tell people I know not to even try it. Such a beautiful place we used to be regular customers that would go every weekend but stopped due to similar issue but after giving it another go this time we won't be going back. We got a wrong order due to small misunderstanding we thought the meal came a certain way but maybe the menu changed in the last 4 months since we had last eaten there. We sent the meal back and the staff made a huge deal and got passive aggressive. They began to complain about the order and us loud enough we could here them in the front where we were seated. They brought us the new order and it was a completely different meal from the order we originally wanted but we just took it to avoid all the unwelcoming behavior we were being given at this point. They continued to talk about it and avoid our table although we weren't being rude at any point and we decided to leave mid meal since we didnt feel welcome.
