Taqueria Senortaco — Restaurant in Weslaco

Very disappointed. I started to order tacos and potato’s from there because they tasted very good and authentic compared to most places in weslaco, However I felt like ordering something different this time, I ordered a flour taco of barbacoa with raw onions and cilantro and a taco of Tripas crispy with raw onions and cilantro. Well when I get home to eat, the barbacoa taco was delicious and by far one of the best I’ve ever eaten! But when it came to the tripa taco, it was not crispy and had grilled onions. I said fine let me give them a call and see if they can swap it out for me, I called and I spoke to the lady with respect and told her about the tripa taco and she got rude and defensive about it, she started to tell me that I was lying and that I didn’t tell her about raw onions. I was told this was a great place to eat. When I arrived the waitress made eye contact but remained standing behind the counter. I waited a few minutes, then 2 men come in to sit and she goes straight to them to take their order.
