Kid you not, placed a order online 40mins ago, smallest order of 5 wings and salad and it's taking 2hrs to make... picking up at bartender area and this bar keep gal is the rudest and ill mannered gal. Order is cold and been waiting for a while. Reason you don't get tip ma'am, it's too easy. I understand the under staffed but, you purposely just made me wait and food got cold.

Then yikes, you got a problem and now I see the root of it. Been coming to this establishment for about 10 years now and something has been off. On a rare momentous occasion will have an amazing time dining in and only due to the waitresses and host. But other then that it's been a hell of a time to get service, because even on good days the food can be bad and it's not a problem, but have a rude, ill mannered waitress/waiter.

Better to be attended !Courteously! in a dead end restaurant then to be disrespected in a 5 star...

OK, so there's this limit of 3 and 5 drinks that a single person can get . It's 3 talls or 5 bottles per person... it was so ridiculous and it was a mood wrecker.. It was a special occasion and our group couldn't enjoy our time there due to the constant checking and counting of drinks one had... felt child like. We ended Getting cut out when our waitress came to tell us manager was watching cameras and saw my husband was drinking my bottled drink. Like Seriously disappointing!!! We are paying customer's and if I decide to no longer want my drink and dont want it to go to waste my husband can have it if he wants... wanted to leave right away!!
