Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Weslaco

I wanted to order the 15/15 wing bundle and substitute the fries with the wedges with cheese. I am more than willing to pay extra because it’s an upgrade. I was told that there are absolutely no substitutions for the fries on the bundles. The girl taking my order didn’t even attempt to try and accommodate a substitution. I also ordered kids tenders meal and then she also told me they didn’t have lids for the cups and if that was ok. I said well can you put the lemonade in a bigger cup and just give me whatever much you put in a kids cup. I was placing the order to pick up so how am I gonna have a cup with no lid for the car ride home? Said she would ask her manager. So what solution do you have then? The girl’s tone went from friendly to curt when I started questioning the substitution and how was I supposed to get a drink home with no kid. I went ahead and changed my whole order to ordering the wings separate and buy the large order of wedges with cheese. The only reason we still go there is specifically for the wedges with cheese and the Wild wing sauce. Trust me, if they had those elsewhere, I would not be eating at Buffalo’s. Especially when we pay for a large order of wedges with cheese and they hardly give you any wedges and the amount of cheese they top it with is not...

This is the second time we have come to buffalos and both times we have had Losey service. This time did it for me.. crystal has no customer service skills. First i get why our drinks couldn't be ordered but then to give us a hard time when ordering our food by arguing that Mac and cheese could not be subed but if she would have listened we wanted to add it as a side. Our fried pickles weren't even cooked all the way and when I said something she just looked at me and walked away. Our food came out in phases. Which I thought was unacceptable. We waited for my daughters chicken sandwich for 10 minutes after all the others ate..so bad. Her Mac and cheese was cold when it was served as well. Drinks sat empty on the table. This girl couldn't even handle coming back to check on us. 2 minute rule sorry ex waitress here so I know this is how they make there money. We will probably not be coming back. Because this was 2 times not 1 not just something small but sorry we spent $90 for Losey service. Maybe your staff should slow down and remember why they work in this industry!!! I definitely wouldn't even give 1 star but it makes you put...

I had no problem with the service, but the food....literally not worth the money at all. I ordered a 5 tender chicken plate with fries for almost 11 bucks thinking I was going to get a worthwhile meal. However, the meal I got was absolute garbage. Instead of 5 hearty chicken tenders it looked like I received 5 chicken nuggets that werent even fully breaded like tenders should be. Additionally, what was up with the fries? It looked like I got one handfull of french fries from a person with tiny hands.

Overall, it was a sad meal experience and there is no reason the box should weigh more than the actual food. When someone spends 11 dollars for a meal I expect to walk away full and satisfied, not looking to eat something else afterwards because y'all skimped me out. For a restaurant whose mascot is a massive animal, I certainly didn't get a massive meal. I wish I had taken a picture of that sad excuse I got for a meal so that you could put it on your fancy banners at the entrance of the restaurant. I won't be going back to BWW after this experience.
