Update: This store has improved considerably! The employees are knowledgeable and quick with assistance. I no longer consider this store the bottom of the heap, i'll reserve that honor for the McAllen Harbor Freight.
Ive visited Harbor Freight stores in El Paso, Corsicana, Denton, Waco, and McAllen to name a few and as Harbor Freight Stores go, I'd have to rate this one at the bottom of the heap. The employees are quick to get offended, are slow to run or get to a register and as a group have no common sense when tending to the customer. I have my complaints, but I will post them to the Harbor Freight site.
Suffice it to say, this store has the same inventory as the rest. It is clean but needs help with the stocking. I couldn't help but notice empty shelving today. Regardless, my complaints are with their customer service.

Read moreI needed to drive an hour to get the specific tool I wanted that was out of stock at my local store. Last time I shopped I paid for a Harbor Freight discount card. It is still valid but no discount. I don't understand why I would pay to renew when there is no discount. What I needed was an impact driver. They had the driver but they're out of stock the impact socket I needed so I drove an hour back to my hometown and went to Lowes. BTW HF also has no Military discount. Lowes and Home Depot have a 10 percent Military discount and many tools with free...
