CHICK'N FUN — Restaurant in Wesley Chapel

Had what appeared to be black plastic substance in my pasta. Luckily, I didn’t swallow it. I called to speak with a manager they told me one was not there. I asked to speak to someone under the manager she then stated only employees was there and no one was there that could speak with me. I asked for her name she muted the line and came back and said Jessica. She kept muting the phone in between answering my questions. I told her what I had experienced and asked if they cook with plastic utensils so at least I could understand where the material came from but she didn’t know. She told me to call tomorrow when a manager should be there and they will give me a free meal. I explained to her I don’t want a free meal I want to prevent this from happening to someone else or even a child who could have swallowed it. I called the next day and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Needless to say I will never return to this...

When we first came in the place is pretty clean. The cashier was Not very knowledgeable. When asking her only 2 questions she didn't even have the correct answer. When we ordered our meal we ask specifically about a item and she didn't even know the correct answer. As we was ordering our food she was very short with us as if there was a long line behind us ( which there was no one else in line) she was trying to rush us to order and since this was our first time here had to look at the menu. Once we placed our order with the cashier that rushed us so she could talk to another co-worker, we sat patiently for our food. The Philly steak was pretty good and hot, the French fries was over cooked and the coke was flat. I had high expectations for this place based on the reviews. However, this experience will definitely let me think twice before...

I really do feel as far as fast food** goes this place is a hidden gem. The chicken and fish sandwiches are very good, always hot and fresh. They sell a variety of options from gyros to calamari. Again like I mentioned, it is fast-food so my expectations are realistic. But there quality is really good especially for a drive-thru spot. They even offer a points program that can be redeemed for credit towards your purchase. Now here are the few somewhat down points. Except for there two sandwiches deal special it can get expensive quick. Also there burgers ain't it, but that's it. There other sandwiches are oversized, priced perfectly and yummy. Also every time I've gone every staff member I've encountered are so polite and pleasant. Which in this season we're in is worth its weight in gold. I definitely recommend and hope they...
