By far the worst experience EVER not one to do reviews but this one EXPERIENCE is definitely need to be addressed I have used the mobile app many times before I have ordered for for me and my staff and I’ve had my staff pick it up I have never !!! Had anyone tell me that I had to be in the store to get my food the refused to give my husband even thoe I sent him screenshot of the mobile order and had already hit the already here button they stated it wasn’t in the system but they can’t give him the food so I drove all the way there and I asked for the manager and asked her why couldn’t she give him the food if he had me on face time and was showing the receipts of the mobile order she proceeded to say to tell me the same thing I said I have never heard that one I order for here many time before and I have never had that issue and I’ve sent my staff to pick it up. Then what was the worst choice of a operations manager( Robert gallagher)was there and he put him I’m put in that’s just technology I said it’s not the technology they can take care of you now.i replied sr Ive done this multiple times before and I’ve gotten my order and I said I’m standing here now and there is still a problem I’ve given them order number now and still don’t have my order and nor is it getting worked on can we do that quick I have a meeting to get I don’t have time for this .he laughed and walked off the sit and work on his lab to when I asked his name he gave it to me and he said” I don’t know why your have such a big issue I guess you must be and expert on the McDonald app “ I responded well if you like I’ll show you how many times I’ve ordered from this location because if I’m telling you it’s been done ! He said not necessary and your the one yelling and the team and it’s out of there control and i asked him who he was he said he was the operations manager I said if you’re a manager then maybe you should not be so dismissive and try and help the situation versus making the situation worse by the snarky, rude comments and Responded with saying well there’s nothing we can do. It’s an app and then after that, they walked up to me and asked me what my order was Once again, so I said you know what I’m tired of Robert being an ass go ahead and cancel my order and walked off. It was by far the worst experience ever someone should really educate Robert on how to be A manager when you have an issue with someone or something’s going on you address the situation not make snarky comments or try to belittle customers. Read moreMy family and I went to this Mc Donald (drive thru) two nights ago and my son received a particular toy. However, unfortunately he had missed placed it so we promised him to go back the following night so he could have gotten another one. Upon receiving the meals (2 kids meals) my husband realized that the server YAZI at the window was not wearing a gloves and said to him, you know you should be wearing a gloves(with all good intentions) he turned look at my husband as if he should not have said anything but what was rather RUDE about it, is that after handing my husband my son’s orange juice; which he served without following COVID 19 food handling protocols he went ahead and said to my husband if he’s having a problem take it up with corporate and not him, then closed the slide! This issue needs to be addressed so as to ensure our the safety and train/ educate their staff of the seriousness of what’s happening in and around the world! Look at how Florida cases are hiking up and this young man was rather rude than being apologetic. He has 0/NO customer service skill, was very rude, was obvious that he had no love for his job and not to mention he had little or no knowledge of the seriousness of covid 19...Thank you again to the supervisor on duty, was very professional and apologetic but we the customers needs some reassurance to ensure that the staff are always following guidelines and have our safety interests at hand! Read moreI recently received at this location what turned out to be the worst hamburger I have ever been served at a McDonalds. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with just ketchup via the drive-thru. When I picked up the burger to take a bite, a cascade of grease poured down my shirt. The bun was completely soaked through, and the amount of grease on the burger had liquified what little ketchup there was. I then went into the store, intending to get a replacement, but stopped off at the restroom to wash the oil off my hands. There was no soap and no sanitizer in the men's room, which is concerning given that I believe the staff at the restaurant use the same restrooms. As I was now uncertain that the people preparing the food would be able to wash their hands, I decided against getting a replacement burger.
I reported the incident to McDonalds customer service, including the fact that the bathroom had no soap, and asked for a refund. What really surprised me was that I received nothing but a stock apology email, with no mention of a refund. Long and short, order from this McDonalds at your own risk as you may get a grease-burger prepared by staff who haven't washed their hands before cooking it. And good luck getting your money...
