I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!! It has been several YEARS since my last visit to Arby's because of MANY POOR SERVICE AND BAD EXPERIENCES!! Today was no exception!! I thought that I might give you another chance, but Arby's has FAILED ME ONCE AGAIN!!!
Earlier today I noticed an ad on social media for your 5 Roast Beef Sandwiches for $5 deal. Later, I went to your website and noticed that I HAD TO download your mobile app in order to take advantage of your offer. I, reluctantly, installed the app and signed up. I THEN TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR THAT OFFER, BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME AND THE APP REPORTED THAT I HAD ALREADY REDEEMED THAT OFFER EVEN THOUGH NEVER PLACED AN ORDER!!!
Because I needed to get something to eat (and soon because I'm a diabetic!) I decided to take the time out of my evening and go out of my way to drive to the nearest location (107th & National Ave in West Allis, WI). When I got there I asked to speak to the manager with the hope of getting this straightened out. It was only THEN that I was told that it could take hours... UP TO 24 HOURS for the offer to become available to me!! SERIOUSLY??!!! So, I left your store hungry, angry, disappointed (again!), and EMPTY HANDED!!!
After I left the store I waited in the parking lot and called your Customer Service 800 number. I WAITED ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES before I just gave up and hung up!! Not only have you WASTED MY TIME, but also my gas and effort!! YOU HAVE FAILED ME ONCE AGAIN!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! So, I decided to go to one of your competitors instead!!
In light of today's experience along with the many past failures it is safe to say that you have LOST MY BUSINESS... FOREVER!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANOTHER ARBY'S EVER AGAIN!!! You've lost ANOTHER customer... for life!! NEVER AGAIN!! Clearly you do NOT respect your customers (especially those who you have failed and give you second, third, and fourth chances). Offering substandard service and BAD customer service along with questionable business practices says A LOT about Arby's and I have decided that you DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS (nor that of anyone else for that matter)!!! Read moreWow. I hardly ever write reviews, but I don't think I've had too many experiences like I just did at this Arby's.
Their lobby is closed for remodeling, so you'd think their drive through would be pretty fast, yeah? Nope. Took maybe 15 minutes to get through 4 cars.
Then, as I get to the window, the car in front of me reverses and the woman gets out to walk up to the window since they screwed up her order.
I pay and pull out to leave, and then check my bag and I'm missing my fries. So rather than walk up to the window, I pull around to get back in the drive through line.
So then it's ANOTHER 15 minutes in line. I tell the voice on the speaker that I'm missing my fries, and she says to pull up to the window. Still waiting, though, since there's several cars in front of me. While I'm waiting, another customer stops their car after pulling away from the window and walks back since their order was screwed up as well. That's three orders in a very short time.
When I get to the window, the employee there kind of glances at me, then wordlessly hands me a bag with my fries in it. No apology, no explanation. Not even a shrug.
I'm a reasonable guy, and I've worked in customer service a long time - I realize mistakes are going to happen. But the absolute indifference shown today to their mistakes makes me wonder what's going on at this Arby's.
Furthermore, if I wanted to complain to Arby's corporate, I really can't since I was NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT. I got my credit card slip but no itemized receipt with the store number or order number. I just have to assume this was on purpose to prevent poor feedback.

Read moreCame around 10 o’clock at night mind u that they close at 11 so u think it will be fresh. Well No it wasn’t it was cold. But after I pay they made me go to the front by the door and after a few minutes an employee came out with it. When I got home and open the bag I noticed that they forgot my 5 pc steak nuggets and I called the restaurant and apparently the manger said oh sorry about that we forgot to put it in there. Like it your job to make sure everyone got everything they paid for. And all he said was we can take down ur information and u can come back in the future to get them. And I then ask well that wasn’t for me and what can you guys do because you guys forgot to add it in the bag and the person who they was for was upset because that was his food. He then said the same thing. And then I ask well can u guys do anything else for it because that not my fault and I shouldn’t have to come in the future just for those nuggets and the manger the was Swearing at me on the phone and telling me to get off the phone before he hung up. This location has really went downhill in the past few years. I highly recommend eating someone else in Mequon or going to a different Arby’s location that actually care about their customers and make sure u get everything you paid for and...
