Why is this store still "open for business"? Today I made a 4th Attempt to get food. Last 3 times within the last month came between 11a-1p ish, was told they weren't open yet. Today came around Noon was told at the Drive Thru speaker "we're not open yet only door dash orders". I asked when are they opening (sign posted says 10a) and she said about 30-35 minutes. Waited in parking lot (with other cars who all eventually left) for 35 minutes. Went back in Drive Thru. Was told "card only no cash". What?! I said "that's fine". Ordered a 16 Piece Meal. Was told "we don't have enough ". I asked "enough what?". She replied "chicken we don't have enough chicken!". So after an awkward silence, I asked "are you out or not enough is made right now?". She said "right now". Another awkward silence. I asked "can I wait?". She said "it's going to be at least 30-35 minutes". I said "ok". Her response then sounded like they didn't want me to wait. When I started ordering sides...wait for it...I'm told they have no Coleslaw. Now considering all of the people I just saw in the last 40 minutes get turned away, I'm VERY confused how there was no chicken nor coleslaw available. After placing order and waiting behind 3-4 cars (door dash orders???), I'm told at the window after paying, "it's going to be AT LEAST 30-35 minutes. Total time spent at a KFC Drive Thru... 1 1/2 hrs. Did I mention Large Mashed Potatoes is half filled and Large Gravy is half filled?!?! Totally not worth $55. Anyone in their right mind would have left a loooong time ago. However I was getting this food (remember I made 3 previous attempts) for my parents who are home bound and REALLY wanted KFC. Unfortunately the next closest KFC is on Miller Parkway and that is the same, if not worse... I'm going to try and talk my parents into trying Sonic. Chicken is ALOT better and more flavor. VERY disappointed. I did call 1 800 KFC to make them aware of this disgraceful place. Have been going to KFC for 20+ years. I think it's time we see...

Spending over 50 dollars for food, chicken cool not hot. Greasy, withered, cold corn, I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and I got macaroni and cheese the line was so long for people waiting to order and people were getting sent out the door and told to go through the drive-thru after waiting 20 minutes or more. We waited over 20 minutes to get our food as we watch people in line getting upset and getting mad at other people in line. We also witness a close to call friction between a doordash person who was trying to pick up food that wasn't even ready. People were getting kicked out and being told that they weren't taking orders inside anymore , but then 4 girls of color came in with low-cut tops they were allowed to order. My opinion is that what's good for one is good for all there is no difference in any person by their color race or Creed. Especially with families with little children that got sent out the door because they were not taking ordered supposedly at the counter anymore then one girl of color that work for the place was loud and boisterous talking about customers I made the comment that she was not staying any longer and she was not sleeping here this was terrible the food was terrible the atmosphere was terrible and it is very unprofessional I am going to take this as high as I can until this is solved and I get a refund of all my money because what we spent was not anywhere worth what it was and I want them to address the issue of the Discrimination that we witnessed. Read moreHow is this place still in business? We placed an online order here months ago and arrived when it said it would be ready. Tried to go inside and the door was locked. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no answer. Called both this store and the customer service line, no answer. Finally an employee showed up for his shift and even he could get in. After 5 minutes another employee let him in. At this point we finally drove around and knocked on the drive thru window where a very annoyed woman answered. When we explained we paid for an order here she said she would check. Came back and said that the system canceled the order. Clearly she didn't want to make the food and canceled it right then and there since I fot the notification right as she was "checking". It was obnoxious how terrible people could be at customer service. I also never received a response from the KFC customer service line I left a message on. Stupidly, I tried to attempt to get food from here again today. Person in the drive thru said their drive thru was having technical issues and asked us to come to the lobby.
