I can't recommend staying away from this restaurant enough... My wife and I decided to give them a try (having never tried them before) and placed a delivery order through Restaurant Connect. We're given a 45 minute ETA after placing the order...
About 30 minutes later, I receive a call from the RC rep, stating that the restaurant just notified them that they were out of a particular item and that it would be removed from my order/bill, but that the delivery driver had already left so I could not make a substitution... At this point I'm a slightly disappointed, but I understand these things happen so I tell them it's no problem. 15 minutes later, I get another call (mind you the food was already supposed to have been delivered at this point) - RC said they were JUST NOW notified that the restaurant was out of yet another item, and that it had to be removed from my order/bill... At this point I'm stunned - considering they didn't know this when they contacted RC the first time, they clearly lied to them about the delivery driver having already left so they didn't have to deal with making substitutions or possibly getting the order canceled.
At this point they are already 30 minutes past their scheduled delivery and I'm still waiting. I don't even care if the food is good at this point - we're getting literally half of what we ordered because this place is clearly run by incompetent people that either don't know what they're doing or simply don't care about screwing over their customers. I'd give zero stars if I could - I've never had such...

First off we walk in and there are 3 dirty tables right next to where we sat with plates and dishes on the table. We already had a bad taste due to how dirty it was. When we got seated the host only gave us one menu?? were we supposed to share a menu? Then when we finally got our food. I asked for a fork and she comes back maybe 15mins later to tell us the forks are “locked in the dishwasher”. what kind of restaurant doesn't have forks? I did not like my roll so I politely asked for it to be sent back. The server leaves with the the dish and comes back 5mins later saying it can’t be refunded due to how expensive it was ($14) and puts it BACK on the table? She says the only thing we can do is order more food of the price value of our first dish. So I order something safe like california rolls. They were fine but I didn’t need all this food. I had to order 3 rolls to match the price difference. I wish they could have just taken it off the original thing in the first place. Our bill was 80 DOLLARS which is not including tip. I was planning on having a nice evening and spending maybe $40 dollars not $80. Don’t go here and don’t waste your time.
