Since the West Bloomfield location has opened my family and I have been going there like once a week. First that’s is super friendly, nice and very accommodating The food is great we have yet to be disappointed by anything on their menu. We ordered a carry out the other day and there was a small mistake made with our order I called to let them know mainly just for their knowledge because we love the place, but the manager went above and beyond and offered to even have the food delivered to us to fix the mistake. The last three visits we have been so pleased with the service and quality and quantity of food purchase. your waitress said assisted us a week ago Saturday was beyond polite and kind. I don't remember her name, but she was kind and courteous and has been in the restaurant business a while as she mentioned. To say the least, the owner and manager were amazing just recently I placed a carry out order. There was a miscommunication on my Greek salad. Now keep in mind this was none of our waitress fault so I don’t blame her at all for this service. First we where a 6 top and had to wait and hour and 30 minutes for our food. Watched people who walked in before and left before us. Second the cooks are slow there was barely anyone in there and felt like we were last priority. Third watched the buster drop silver ware and start putting it back in tables after being on the floor. Lastly just the lack of care.
