Been Here a Handful of Times—Disappointed EVERY Time
From wrong coffees to the wrong wraps. 4/5 of those visits, I was the only car in the drive-thru. No excuse.
Today? A dozen donuts, a wrap, and an iced coffee. $26. First, why is this location charging $0.50 to $1 more than the Tim’s a mile down Haggerty? That’s ridiculous.
Second, I get to the office and find out I was only given a half dozen donuts. I call—voicemail. Call again, finally get someone. I ask them to read back my order and prices. First they say $13. Then $19. Eventually, we figure out I was charged correctly, but just shorted. Their first theory? Maybe items from another order were added to mine. What?
Bottom line: wrong items, higher prices, and no effort. And for real—when someone says “thank you,” respond. That’s basic human decency.
This was my last visit. I’ll go three minutes the other way or straight to Dunkin’ across the street. No need to deal with overpriced mistakes and poor service.

She said no only if I buy six donuts and if I’m not going to, then she can’t. I responded with do you think if the owner heard me making this request he would deny me, especially after offering to pay for a box it’s a shame when you have people like this in a new business as your representative You would think Tim Hortons would have better customer service, and not people...
