I called to pickup an order and whoever took my order was rude and just wanted to get me off of the phone as fast as possible. She barely listened to a word I said. I picked up my order and the girl handing me my bag was the same as the one on the phone. Very rude. I get in the car and look in my bag and she gave me the wrong sandwich. I then go in to tell them that they gave me the wrong one and the lady tries to tell me that I ordered the wrong one. Very inconsiderate and rude especially because I come in often. They finally made me a new sandwich and I get home and open it up. I was flabbergasted when I found out that my turkey OG was still wrong. She managed to give me the wrong sandwich not 1, but 2 times. Wow I was angry. Then I pull the rest of my order out of the bag and come to find out that they also forgot my soup. What an order that was. I will never be coming here again. I am beyond disappointed. Terrible experience here. Do not recommend coming here. I hope this place goes out of business because...
Read moreMy first visit with a friend for lunch today at 11:30A.M. Friday, May 28th, 2021. Not busy when arrived. Much busier an hour later. My friend's turkey club was very good, although he could have taken some of it home. My soup and 1/2 sandwich was excellent. I had their cabbage soup that comes in a bowl that is a meal in itself. Served with 2 hard bagel halves. My brisket sandwich on rye along with 2 different pickle types was very tasty, the meat moist and delicious. I took home an order of Matzo ball soup with one Kreplach and was accompanied by carrots, chicken pieces, and noodles. My wife said it was a "10". I will try their potato knish and rice pudding a bit later. Very good coffee at a reasonable $2. Service attentive. Booths and tables available, but no reservations, at least not yet. Call before coming to determine how busy they are. Open 7 days per week with breakfast served up all day along with lunch, dinner! Will definitely return for more,...
Read moreWanted to like this place bc we live so close, but it was underwhelming. We went at 5pm for takeout bc we didn’t feel like cooking. I should have known it was gonna be bad when there were no prices on site for anything. We had two pieces of Apricot chicken ($28), one piece of lemon chicken ($14), one side of coleslaw ($6), one cookie ($5), and one Ruhalash ($11). There are pricey places, and then there are just absolute ripoffs, and this place was the later, unfortunately. The food has a huge warning signing saying how how the counter was, but when we got it home 2 minutes later it was cold to the touch, so we had to break out the pans and heat it all up. It had clearly been sitting awhile whiteout proper heating. It was all just ok, but I’ll just save myself from the gourmet pricing and buy 6 rotisserie chickens and a sauce to poor on top for the same price, taste, and...
