Poki Bowl — Restaurant in West Bountiful

10/10 a fantastic experience in every way! Poke is one of my favorite food groups and I always try to find it when I travel. I’m so glad I landed on Poki Bowl!

Upon walking in, the restaurant was clean and smelled great. I was greeted warmly by Ashley who genuinely cared about how I was doing! She made a suggestion and let me sample that suggestion (spicy tuna, eel sauce, and one of the crunchy toppings I forget, all on a chip). It was a delicious combination of flavors and one I never would have tried as a full bowl. I enjoy when places let me sample items to be sure I like them!

I got a customized bowl so got to pick out of anything there on the bar - and yes I do mean anything. All of the toppings are included which is AMAZING because there are normally premium toppings that you have to pay extra for. I like to pay one price and get to have whatever I want so major plus there!

On top of that, every bite was fresh, tasty, and flavorful. I have no picture of the bowl because I simply devoured it as soon as I took off the lid! The restroom was very clean and well stocked. Great facility, great staff, great food - what more do...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at PokiBowl in Bountiful, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The portions were generous and spot on, making it a fantastic value for the price. The employees there I believe the names I remember were Kendel and Jalee were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. They greeted me with big smiles, offered great recommendations, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was clear they enjoy working together and just bettered the whole overall experience. The restaurant itself was clean, well-organized, and smelled good. I will definitely be returning to PokiBowl, especially if they continue to have awesome food and workers like i enjoyed...

I was displeased because we ordered online and when we got there on time to pick it up there was only one employee in the front and she was helping 2 other people which is fine I get that but She did not even acknowledge us for about 15 minutes and the whole time our food was sitting on the shelf behind her. We were in a hurry and it would’ve taken her 2 seconds to say hello and asked if we had an online order and handed us our food but she didn’t even think to do so and instead had us waiting that entire time. Our order was already paid for so it’s not like she needed to check us out or anything, like just give us our food...
