Indoor seating permitted. Excellent customer service! We stopped in very late right before closing. I hate being "those people"... but I desperately needed a hot tea to settle my stomach. The staff graciously welcomed and greeted us with smiles and quickly worked to get us our beverages without any complaint. All 3 behind the counter made sure that our order was correct despite the fact that they were set to close for the evening. The extra time they spent to make our experience a positive one was greatly appreciated! This is a newly opened location. Immaculate and smartly designed. There is ADA parking and access available. Hot and cold beverages such as Coffee, Teas, Frozen Lemonade. Also, delicious sandwiches and sides are not to be missed. They have a large variety of roasted coffee and a fine selection of tea for purchase along with merchandise. I was with my daughter at the drive thru on Sunday around noon. We ordered two coffees and one with double espresso. I was trying to put my card in and the girl kept moving it and was just staring inside instead of looking at us. She then rolled her eyes at me until I was able to insert my card. She then shut the window and didn’t say a word. She came back and handed me 2 piping hot cups (burned my hand) and then when I asked her for sleeves she rolled her eyes again at me then handed to me and shut the window. Again never said a word. I went in on a Saturday afternoon since I’m new to the area for specifically frozen coffee pick me up. Unfortunately I didn’t know much about your menu before I walked into the place and was greeted with two coworkers yelling at each other and being quite disrespectful to each other on different orders, so that was a little awkward to come into. Additionally I didn’t know your frozen drinks were already blended with 2% so I requested a different alternative option that may allow for substitute milk and was informed the blender was broken.
