We had the absolute worst experience at this place! Our child who was sitting there perfectly fine got burned by the waitress who spilled drops of hot coffee on his head. Our son was crying out “you burned the baby” and all the waitress could say was she didn’t touch him with the pot. Nobody offered any first aid or even some ice until we demanded some ice for him. The staff is not accepting any responsibility for injuring him. When we asked for a manager a waitress said there was none when it turns out the manager was the waitress that burned him! The owner was clearly more concerned with being sued than making sure the baby was ok. The manager/waitress claims she only spilled the coffee on her hand but not his head when her hand was over his head!!! If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of care, accountability and just common decency is extremely lacking in these people. DO NOT GO HERE! I didn’t even touch your gross over cooked food and sent it back untouched. So that is a lie and you know it! As you said you have video go ahead and post it! Show a calm child on his iPad that screams out in pain after your waitress spilled hot coffee on him! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED ON HOW YOU TREATED A 3 YEAR OLD!! You all lack and morals or decency! Just because you injured and child doesn’t mean that child isn’t owed...
Read moreThe waitress the owners wife, was very rude and disrespectful. We walk in she literally shoo'd us onto a table and drops 5 menus in front of my co-workers and walks away. While we looked over our menu I just happen to look up and see her talking with another worker, covering her mouth while looking over at my table (very high school feeling). She then comes back after 5 minutes and asks if we are ready. We gave her our drinks and when she finally comes back (as you notice "she" is coming up a lot because she never gave us a name) she, drops down the Coke and ginger ale at the middle of the table, points and says what they are and is about to walk away when my supervisor asks her "Are you okay? If you don't want to serve us can we get someone else?". She states "this is my area" , my supervisor says "I understand that but you seem like you have an attitude with serving us. Can we see your manager." The waitress states "that's my husband." We said okay, when he came we explained and the owner states, "where did you want her to put it: on the floor?"😳😡 Needless to say, we got up and left to a place where there is great service, the...
Read moreThis morning, I had the pleasure of visiting Train Diner for breakfast, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and friendly staff made me feel right at home.
I started with a freshly brewed cup of their house coffee, which was the perfect way to wake up my senses. For my meal, I chose the Train Special Breakfast, which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The fluffy pancakes with a hint of vanilla, paired with crispy bacon and creamy scrambled eggs, were simply divine.
The standout, however, was the chef's special omelette, which showcased the chef’s creativity and dedication to fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a testament to their skill and passion for food.
To finish, I indulged in a warm, flaky croissant, which was the perfect end to a fantastic breakfast.
Train Diner offers more than just a meal; it’s a morning retreat that promises to start your day on a high note. I highly recommend stopping by for an experience that will leave you refreshed and satisfied. Don't miss out on this...
