Arby's — Restaurant in West Chester Township

The worst Arby's I've been too. The one in Kingsgate Westchester ohio.i ordered a double beef and cheddar combo they gave me a roast beef sandwich no cheese and it was cold and the curly fries looked and tasted like they had been made yesterday .youd almost break a tooth they were that hard and crunchy it was awful and so I had to return it it was inedible and I say in parking lot @355pm nov 10th no other car even came in parkingong lot until4:27 m over 30minute I was the only customer now I know why only customer in a half hour and they couldn't even get there order right or even care enough to make one meal right and the manager looked as if I had ask them a favor to even makee the food ,this store on kings gate way in Westchester will no doubt be gone soon if they do business like this and looks of it 2 customers in ,45 minutes at 4-4:45,pm says all you need to no so if u read this I strongly recommend you go somewhere else or you'll wish you did! This is the worst Arby's I've ever been to. It was dirty inside and outside. Trash everywhere. There was even a piece of foam under one of the shrubs. It didn't smell good inside, and we almost left because of it. We were hungry for an Arby's melt, though, so we decided to stay. Big mistake! Our shoes stuck to the floor as we walked to our table. There wasn't one clean table in the whole place. Even though we were the only ones eating, no workers came out to clean the dining area the whole time we were there. Nobody else came while we were waiting for our food, and it still took about 10 minutes to get it. We ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 curly fries. Not sure what took so long. It was room temp when we got it - not warm at all! The cheese never melted. It was pretty gross, tbh. I didn't even finish my sandwich. I'll never go back to...

I hate to say this because this Arby's has been convenient for me living near it. But I have watched it decline over the years. It was a wonderful restaurant when we first moved here just five short years ago. But I went in there today I had a terrible interaction with the employees they have no concept of courtesy, manners or professionalism. It's is like talking aliens. They asked me to pull a head so they could prepare my order properly and this is what I got! Burnt to a crisp mac n cheese bites. I ordered 1 item. A 4 piece. No one was in the drive thru or inside.
