I had a wonderful experience here! The service was excellent-truly a 10/10. If you're in the West Chester, Ohio area, I highly recommend stopping by. They currently have great deals available from opening until 3 PM, which makes it an even better value. One of the best seafood place I’ve been so far #seafood #mukbang #minivlog

I can’t say good enough things about this place! I usually come here on the weekday during lunch, so this is my experience from that time only. If you love seafood, this is THE spot in the greater Cincinnati area! During weekday lunch, there are seats abound. Seems to be a one man show during this time, but this man does a stellar job of being knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. I always start my meal off with some raw oysters, which come with plenty of lemon, cocktail sauce, extra horseradish, and a mayonnaise based sauces that I was unfamiliar with. I didn’t use it on my oysters, but it made a delicious fry dipper later! My wife and I split some fried catfish (3 large pieces), a huge portion of French fries, and a pound of boiled snow crab legs that comes with 2 potatoes and 2 potatoes in a boil bag. The catfish had a tasty, crisp batter and was fried to perfection. The fries are heavily sprinkled with a Cajun seasoning that hit the spot. The crab legs come with your choice of a butter-style sauce that’s poured over the seafood and veggies and fills the bottom of the bag. We went with the Cajun butter. Delicious! You are also able to choose your spice level from mild to Carolina Reaper and we went with Spicy. It could have been a bit spicier. They also make a variety of teas and smoothies that are an exciting addition to your meal. I was even able to add some peach syrup to my Mello Yellow, a delectable treat! My only gripe is that the hot sauce selection was limited. They have mainly Tabasco and seem to be discontinuing Cholula. The server was very accommodating though and was able to locate enough Cholula for us. If you haven’t been here before, you’re missing out! Absolutely recommended!

First time ever doing anything fish related more than Long John Silver's so I took my mom and I to this place to go for their combo D which was 32.99 which was 1/2 pound of crab, 1/2 mussels, corn, potato, and a hardboiled egg. Outside of the location seemed a little in disrepair but the smells coming from what was cooking inside was great. Seating was quick for 2 and the staff was nice and very informative to people who had never done this before. They explained options and spice levels for the boil. After getting our orders in they had the food at the table in probably 8-9 minutes which was fast. Food was great, amazing flavor and nothing overcooked. Finally when it came to the check, I was quite abit surprised to see i was charged an automatic gratuity of 10$(15%). I have never been charged gratuity before so I assumed it was some type of guaranteed tip. Upon further research, its not a tip but a random service charge that is usually only done for large groups. I wouldn't consider two people a large group so sadly that charge cut into the tip I was going to give. I would recommend this place food wise but because of that surprise at the end Im not recommending it at all financially unless you are ordering to go. At least if the receipt is correct, they won't charge that fee on to go orders.

The portions were small on appetizers for the price. The boba was..okay. what ruined it for me is the sauce that they use to make the boils. We both got the 40.00 seafood boil meal and there were a number of sauce option. We ordered the Cajun butter..assuming that it was, well...butter. it was not. They use some kind of fat oil. Margarine or shortening mixed with a lil bit of butter. I complained immediately bc I had weight loss surgery years ago and where I can tolerate real butter I cannot digest other fat oils and started to feel sick immediately. I asked the waitress and she said that they WERE doing real butter then they went to try to save money and went with an alternative to save some money but ppl had complained so they SHOULD be using real butter again as of a few days ago. We got a side of sauce to take home actually which they charged us 5.00 for bc they have to make it "fresh" we paid for it bc we did not like the oil based sauce we had. It came out basically the same some type of fake butter and lemon peper seasoning and we put it in a cup to bring home. It's been in my fridge all night and did not congeal or get firm in any way. There's a small hardened layer on top which is all the butter they used. I then called and the owner or manager told me again that they use real butter. We paid 135.00 for this meal I clouding tip where we did tip well bc it wasn't the waitresses fault. She was also working by herself. No other servers on staff. At all. She had been there since 11am and was working till 1130pm. We had no issues with the cost just that bad product that ruined the otherwise delicious food. Highly disappointing experience and we were lied to and offered no refunds or anything when we called them out for the fake butter. Nothing. We won't go back and I suggest if you have issues with fats/oils you...

Unfortunately I'm having to change my initial review. My wife and I visited this place maybe 18 months ago, our first experience was great. Great food, huge portions, great atmosphere, music, cleanliness, and more. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. It was a 45 minute drive for us just to be disappointed. The service was mediocre at best this time around. Music, nah, just a table of loud teens playing music off their phones, being extremely ill mannered, and not even ordering anything. Was like a hangout spot for them. The portions not as big as remembered, or other seafood broil places. I get it it's a tough economy and we are waiting for the upswing. Atmosphere just okay, the table was dirty around all the edges, trash under the table, and under the brown paper on the table was about a half gram green nug. If you don't know what that means don't worry. But someone had dropped some of their medical flower and it just stayed under the paper. The bathroom, to quote another review I saw, was on par with what you'd find in a frat house. Literal human feces on the wall, toilet, floor. You should wear a hazmat suit to enter. And this wasn't fresh poo, this was old dry poo. This place is a huge disappointed compared to others and compared to what it once was. Also automatic gratuity? If you have to charge automatic gratuity on a party of 2, your establishment is the problem, the service is a problem, or the service is the problem. It isn't the patrons. I've worked in food a lot in my life, I've worked in every position in a restaurant and multiple. Gratuity on large parties, yes. On everyone, that's a huge red flag. The $19 tip that was forced was definitely half of what i would've typically given, you only shorted your own pockets or staffs pockets as I usually...

My husband and I ear here A LOT. November we came and they had a party of 15 and we stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting to be sat, which not a problem we understood so we waited. Kate sat us and was complaining, she stated “I have worked all day I just want to go home.” Which again I understand but to tell guest that is not a very good look. The party of 15 started arguing and physically fighting, the police even showed up, all the guest left after ordering a lot of food. We were still charged full price after a whole meal was ruined, we were “gifted” some fries that the party left and did not pay for. Last visit we were NOT told they are adding 15% tip to every check, and I had already tipped 20% in cash, I was NOT told, I had to ask the manager. They need to tell people when they drop the check - MAJOR red flag, and horrible service.. Today’s visit was horrible…. we waited to be sat for 5 minutes while Kate just keep looking at us but did not greet us or ask us to wait until I went to her… we ordered drinks and food, we always order the lunch special and she stated that they are not offering the lunch specials this month even though 1 week ago they posted their lunch specials on Instagram. She complained the whole time she attended us, “I am the only one here” “I just had surgery 3 days ago”, she even pointed at her cold sores around her mouth… I verified our food order with her and our food still came out wrong. We were ready to pay and waited for her for another 5 minutes, we then went to the bar to pay and she was sitting at a booth eating.. mind you 3 tables of people waiting for her… the other tables were fed up as well. The food is always great, but for the price and service it is NOT worth it. I’d love to speak to the owner or the...
