WNB Factory — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Well let me start off with the fact that I've never eaten at one of these before and I've never had anything on their menu other than what I've ordered today. Now that I've said that I have to start off with the good which was the French fries that came with my order they were cooked well they were big and Meaty fries they were little skinny crispy ones and I have to tell you they don't warn you that they don't come with salt on them when they cook them until after you get them and I'm glad that the woman told me because had I made it home with this food and there was no salt in my fries I would have been highly upset I would have took the whole order back LOL that being said the bad I ordered the big cheese steak and I don't know their method for cooking this meat but when I open the box and looked at it when I was Salt in My Fries it looked all right it looked like it was cooked good and it was aesthetically pleasing but once I got home and I picked that sucker up and put it in my mouth I could tell that there is not one Speck of seasoning on that meat at all whatsoever and it tastes like that steak was boiled it did not taste like it was grilled I think that the man or woman or whoever was in the back cooking that steak squirt or poured water on the meat and then put a lid over it to make it cook fast and didn't bother to put not a scrap of seasoning on there whatsoever. I was thoroughly disappointed I didn't spend a whole lot it was only $17 for the whole thing the fries and the sandwich but that's not the Clincher I had to add my own salt and pepper and because it was cooked thoroughly with water on the grill with no seasoning I loaded it down with some salt and pepper and it still did not penetrate it did not work it was like torment even the Mayo I asked for didn't even taste like Mayo it was just like a white gloopy sauce on there with no flavor at all and I don't even know why they bothered or where they got that sauce from or how they manufactured it but it didn't taste like Mayo it didn't taste like anything I was so disappointed I will never eat a wnb factory ever again I'm sorry even though I've never eaten anything else on the menu but this this experience was enough for me to say Never Again and I recommend you go elsewhere to get your food because it takes more than pretty faces and a clean Lobby to keep customers it actually takes somebody that knows what they're...

to whom it may concern. this message is in reference to a take out order from your 9037 union centre blvd, west chester 45069 location. re. og cheesesteak. I have never been to a wnb and after I tried this sandwich, I will never order anything else from there. if I could be Gordon Ramsey and have a meeting with the manager and cooks... much like the show, the feedback would not be good. the sandwich was bland dry and basically a 2 on a 1 to 10 scale. the meat was chopped up as if it was for a 17 year old dog who had lost all its teeth. the only reason I tried it, a few friends and I were talking about having seen your restaurant and wanted to try it. I will now tell them the sandwich experience I had and trust me, we won't be settling foot in a wnb in our lifetime. I worked in 2 different restaurants putting myself through school, I'm no expert. However. I do know a little about good food. To the 4 and 5 star reviews you've received. I have a friend who likes to say " When you used to eating out of garbage cans, of course the food tastes great." thank you...

I just walked out of this place. They have teens working the counter who are rude. The one girl was sitting out in the dining room with her friend. She went back to work and started handling orders without washing her hands. I placed my very simple order and the guy said something that sounded like he was asking for my name for the order. He got an attitude and asked how I was paying. I said credit card. He said, "why are you saying your name?" I said "I thought you asked my name for the order." He started laughing at me.
