If you are at all worried about traveling during Covid do NOT stay here. We stayed June 25th - 27th 2020. The place was absolutely filthy! I actually had to switch rooms and still felt it necessary to go buy my own cleaning supplies because our second room wasn’t all that clean either. If I had to do it over I would have switched hotels right away but we were traveling with a group. (though half the group left because it was so bad anyways) Once I went through with my own cleaning supplies I did feel better but you shouldn’t have to feel like you need to clean the hotel yourself. If I can figure out how to add the photo of my paper towel after I cleaned my bathroom counter I will, it was absolutely disgusting! Raymond at the front desk has 0 social skills and came across exceptionally rude to top it off. I can not recommend this place to anyone ever. I will never go back to this particular hotel and I am fairly confident my experience has turned me off from Comfort suites all together. Which is a shame because we travel a lot. Read moreWe stayed at the West Chester Ohio Comfort Inn on May 27th and May 28th. 2016. We found the indoor pool was freezing cold and dirty with allergy covering the walls and the floor, it was also very dirty and obviously never cleaned or treated for allergy. Our fridge in the room was broke. Both the pool and the fridge was important to us as the pool was for my 4 year old grand daughter and we needed the fridge for the 50 tacos that my friend had ordered from the Jack in the Box, which was our reason to go down there as we do not have one here. We were very excited to go on the trip and my grand daughter just wanted to swim. I do want to say that the girls at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. But we were extremely disappointed for the trip that we put so much excitement into.Pleas for feature swimmers please teach the staff on the importance and how to clean the pool and treat it for the allergy and do water test. As well as to please take a water temperature so that the pool is usable for people of all ages.

I booked a handicapped accessible room online and paid in advance. When I got there I was told no handicap accessible rooms were available because they had not been cleaned. We were offered a regular room. I explained that my wife is in a wheelchair and because of that we required a handicap accessible room. I asked if they could transfer my reservation to a different hotel. They refused. I asked for a refund. They refused. I ended up having to find another room at another hotel so we would have a place to stay. So, long story short, because they didn't bother to clean a room that I had reserved AND PAID FOR 2 weeks BEFORE the date of the reservation.. I ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms that night just so we could have a place to stay on our trip. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but that's STILL not resolved. The ONLY bright spot in my whole experience was the girl behind the counter did try her best to have our reservation moved... the other hotel just refused it. Still doesn't excuse the fact that they tried to keep my money for a room they could not...
