I starting ordering carry out soup from this location last November. Easy to pick up and friendly customer service. Last December4th I got back to work and had received the wrong soup. I called this location and the friendly person apologized and offered to add a credit to my account. The credit did not show up so I filled out the company feedback form. I received an email back in a few days saying. "This is confirmation that your feedback has been received. In fact, it has been delivered directly to the inboxes of 11 team members from headquarters. " I received an email on the 15th stating that a gift card would be sent to my home. I replied with my address as requested. I have emailed now back to the "11 team members at headquarters: several times stating I have not received this gift card and I have not received a response. I completely understand everyone makes mistakes but it should not be this difficult to get my money back from the wrong order. I bought the Mac and cheese sandwich with a cup of tomato soup and drink for 13.94 before tax. The second picture is s’mores sandwich which was 5.95. I know at this point, you are thinking “ that’s kinda high” but trust me, it wasn’t just any grilled cheese. It was like the god of the grilled cheese family himself and making these. I loved everything from the restaurant vibe to the drink choices. I am not sure what I was expecting from putting Mac and cheese on a grilled cheese but this sandwich was amazing. I plan to come back next time I visit the aquarium to try another sandwich. I totally recommend this place if you want good food for a overall good price. The menu is very small, and the portion size SEEMED small as well. It turned out the amount I got was enough because the food is incredibly rich. I want to say, I know I ordered a rich meal, I was just not expecting THIS level of richness, lol. I ordered a full sandwich Mac and cheese sandwich with a side of potato soup and a s'mores donut. Initially I was disappointed with the portion amount, but I was not able to finish any of it. The food has very good flavor but was so thick and rich just a few bites did me in. I thought the loaded baked potato soup was one of the better potato soups I have had. Still, I ended up with a minor headache later on because the food was so heavy. The restaurant itself was very clean, staff was friendly, and the food came out quick. Nice to experience once to say you have been, but I am not sure I would go back.
