Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Chester

I walked in the DD on Market Street in West Chester at 8:06. My kiosk order was completed by 8:10; just one breakfast sandwich. I waited. I waited. I waited. There was about 3 ppl waiting ahead of me and the mobile orders pickup tray was filled with completed orders. I waited. I waited. I waited. Then the woman that walk on before me asked an employee about her mobile order. The lady couldn't understand English bery well and asked her to repeat the order twice. She then showed her the order on her cellphone and the lady needed to read it a few times. The employee along with another employee sifted through mobile order receipts and couldnt find it. So they had to make her order. But she clearly made it and paid for it. I then asked about my kiosk order and they looked through mobile receipts. I emphasized...." No I made my order in the store on this kiosk and I paid $5.29 for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant." They didn't eveb receive the order or ignored it...spoke amongst each other in their language (french) and then proceeded to make the order. The manager came in and he could tell there were dissatisfied customers. He asked the employees what was going on and they mumbled something. (I couldn't hear what was said. ) She then slowly made my sandwich and wrapped in a glacial pace walking in over as slowly as she possibly could. I can't believe I waited 20 minutes for one breakfast sandwich that only gets microwaved. I have been a customer at this particular DD since I moved to this area 15 years ago. I will never return. Since the management and employee team has changed, its gone to the bottom of the barrel in food and the customer service is deplorable. No one bothered to apologize for the long wait or anything....

Hard to base a review on one visit, but that's the experience we often have with places like this, so it's in the owners best interest to be aware of service at all times. Today was TERRIBLE.

Came into a completely empty store to find a napkin on the register stating "In BR". When the BR door finally opened 5 minutes later a college student who was left to run the place alone emerged. I'll resist commenting on the bathroom post-use, but only hoping the sink and soap dispenser was used in equal capacity as the toilet....

The store was out of everything. I know the afternoon is hit or miss because they don't make donuts late in the day, but this was so scarce it made no sense being open.

Frowned during the entire customer service experience. Made my drink and those after me completely wrong. Had such a bad attitude that the people that came in after us noticed and commented immediately. No hello. No thank you. No response at all actually.

Deducting a star cause it says they open at 6:00am on Sunday, but just drove past and it was closed at 6:15 ... I don't order any fancy coffees or breakfast sandwiches, just a regular coffee and donuts sometimes.

Like most retail chains, service can be hit or miss but the staff is usually friendly. Doesn't stand out as some locations who have a higher standard of customer service (and I'm talking the minimum like "hello" and "thank you") but it's not bad either.

Donuts are usually fresh and in stock and coffee is what you'd expect. Could get a little crowded but service is quick. I don't have 10 minutes to wait in the morning, so for me, getting my coffee quick is what's most important, and IMO this is the best location in...
