Paid 100 dollars for a new screen for my iPhone. The backlight was spread unevenly across the screen with a splotch of light on the right hand side. Within a month the screen had a hairline fracture across the bottom from right to left. I went and spoke to the manager at the store about getting it replaced, he told me at the time of sale there was a three month warranty, and he refused to replace the screen or give any sort of refund. Called Lazarus (store owner and resident tech guru), then stopped by at lunch. 30 minutes later walked out with new phone (completely charged, with all of my contacts, email, apps), tips, a bit of an education.
