Zero Stars – Avoid This Vendor at All Costs

If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop is an absolute disaster. I purchased a shirt that was overpriced to begin with, but I decided to give them a chance. Big mistake. They took my money and never bothered to send the item. It has now been over five weeks, and I still have nothing to show for it.

I’m a local in Philly, so shipping should have taken just a few days. Instead, I’ve been left chasing this vendor for weeks with no results. There’s no working phone number to reach them, and they’ve completely ignored multiple emails I’ve sent. The lack of communication is appalling and shows zero regard for their customers.

I’ve now been forced to dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. The entire experience has been a complete waste of my time, money, and patience.

Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this store. This level of incompetence and neglect is unacceptable for any business.

I first met the owner of this shop in Varrock West Bank, World 301. After I bought a nice suit of Rune Armor (G)....(that's gold trimmed for those of you unfamiliar with the common nuances of vintage clothing)...I realized what a benevolent, pulchritudinous, and overall meritorious fellow was standing before me. After visiting his official shop in person, I confirmed my beliefs that he was everything I thought and dreamed. He didn't event try to lure me to the deep wilderness! Not only did he sell the most outstanding vintage clothing for cheap prices, but he even offered me a free ahrim's robeskirt with my purchase. Talk about a deal! i was greeted immediately as i walked into this cool, local vintage corner shop. plenty of bright light, clean space to see each piece on the racks. i took my time to move through every rack to check out the various styles, colors & see prices. the running playlist was stellar. i made my way back to a few pieces that caught my eye after finishing looking through each rack. i didjt want to try anything on, but i went ahead. the same clear, bright light was in the dressing room. checkout was easy, straight forward. the gentleman at the counter was polite. not overbearing, greeted everyone else upon their entrance also. he answered a couple questions i had about the company that did the pennant work on the walls.
