Ever After Bridal — Local services in West Chester

I wanted to put no stars, but it wouldn’t let me….My soon to be sister in-law, mom, and I had an appointment here we set up and received confirmation about a month in advance. We showed up on time for our appointment (12:00pm) and no one was there. We called Andrea a couple of times and she did not answer. We waited a couple minutes. Finally, Andrea called us back and told us that someone was supposed to be there. No one was there. Andrea told us that a new employee was meant to work with us and she couldn’t get in contact with this employee. She said she wouldn’t be able to get us in until 3:30 pm. So, we took the spot and began wasting time until then. Around 2:45 Andrea contacted us saying that she is reading the email that we sent them a month ago when we scheduled our appointment regarding our budget. She informed us that their dresses were above our budget, less than 30 minutes prior to our delayed fitting. I can't begin to express how absolutely WONDERFUL Andrea and Ever After Bridal has been in helping me find my one of a kind dress that was meant to be for my wedding this year!! I am so grateful to Andrea for her kind and skillful support in helping me narrow down dress options; she has a mastery of figuring out what you like and don't like and so easy and fun to work with in finding the dress that you just LOVE. If you’re a bride looking for a local option for your dress, visiting here is a MUST. First, we took my Sister-in-law here to find a dress after she got engaged. It was a great experience. Amazing selection of dresses, and great price points too! They took the time to make sure the dresses available for my sister in law were in her size range, and she was not once put in that classic awkward position of feeling embarrassed about a dress size like I was at a different shop.

Later, two months before my own wedding, I had a disaster with my own wedding dress, and called the shop almost in tears and not knowing what to do. Andrea was calm and professional, asked me the right questions about my situation, and shared the info for her top seamstress to help with the situation. She told me that if that didn’t work out, let her know, we could absolutely find something to walk down the aisle in.
